Hi, I'm Nicci...welcome to Breathe & Bloom Yoga I run Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby
Yoga, Mindful Mama & Me and Movers Yoga and Hatha Flow classes in Nottingham.
All sessions are relaxed, welcoming and allow you space for yourself as well as
time with your baby. I am qualified as a Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Pre &
Post Natal Yoga Instructor and Mindful Coach, I’m also a Mama to a vibrant
little boy and joyful little girl. Being a mum is the most exciting adventure of
my life, but during my pregnancies and journey into motherhood, I suffered with
anxiety and post natal depression. Yoga and mindfulness is something I've
practiced for over 17 years, it has really helped me physically and emotionally
in what is a challenging but amazing time in my life. I set up my business in
2017 after having my first child and truly love supporting mums through their
pregnancies and beyond. This is such an exciting time but it can also feel
overwhelming and sometimes a little lonely. All of my classes offer a safe and
welcoming environment where you can meet other like-minded mummies, relax and
have some fun!
