It was while on the road as a Marketing Manager for consumer brands such as Pizza Hut, Jammie Dodgers and Jacob’s Creek that, in 2005, Dee Clayton had a life-changing car accident in which she suffered significant injuries. Dee was keen to get something positive out of a negative situation, so she employed a life coach to help with her recovery and set her on the path to a more fulfilled future. This life coach used the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) process, which fascinated Dee from the start. Inspired by this experience, Dee founded Simply Amazing Training in 2007. Her goal was to help professionals like herself to achieve public speaking success. But it wasn’t just about teaching them the practical skills they needed to increase their self-confidence, but crucially (and unlike most other trainers), working on their mindset too. Dee wanted to draw out delegates’ inner confidence, so they felt worthy of speaking up and being heard. Her aim was to bring out the very best in people. In the early days, she spent every spare moment learning to become a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, and later became a licensed Insights Discovery and Motivational Maps Practitioner.

The primary aim of our program is to help you to become a safe and authentic teaching of the Zhineng Qigong system in a western environment. The programme is a foundation from which to grow as a teacher and practitioner with the support of a growing community of other teachers and practitioners. The foundation training course that we offer started life as with the 3 Monkeys School of Qigong. As 3 Monkeys developed and eventually closed in 2022 the course developed and the Qigong Academy picked up the mantle and continued to develop and evolve the training to meet the changing needs of Qigong teachers in the modern world. We found that it was important to offer a modular range of training that enables you to work at your pace, covering the important aspects of the training in the sequence that makes sense to you. The modules that we offer cover the following key areas: “Self-cultivation” retreats that help develop your understanding and personal practice. 2 Residential Teacher Training sessions and a range of online sessions between to help you to progress through the program. Longer retreats with a greater focus on practice and living as a qigong practitioner.

Krystal Roney-Smith APRN, MSN FNP Master Trainer, Owner Krystal Roney-Smith, M.S.N., RN, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas School of Nursing at Tyler in 2004, and received a Master of Science in Nursing, graduating as a Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society member from Prairie View A&M University School of Nursing in Houston in 2015. She has been drawn to healthcare since childhood and became a nurse because she loved taking care of people. After 11 years of being a nurse in women’s services, Krystal decided she wanted to have a closer interaction with the community and earned a Master of Science in Nursing and became a nurse practitioner at Memorial Hermann Health System. It was after one year of working as a Family Nurse Practitioner she decided that she wanted to take a step further and started teaching as a professor at Chamberlain University. She was then trained by a board-certified plastic surgeon and learned aesthetics. Medical Aesthetics Education was developed after she encountered so many healthcare professionals struggling to get into the industry. She wanted to bridge the gap with her knowledge and injecting expertise. Also, she wanted to empower new injectors to get better at their skill with a mentorship program, which is not offered after most training courses. Krystal enjoys working as a nurse practitioner injector and training others to become the best. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her clients getting the best results. She considers her skills a form of artistry to enhance natural beauty. Krystal states that the biggest advantage of her role is the instant gratification, she takes pride in the boost of confidence that her clients receive. Recently, she has successfully launched her own full-scale spa, Lush RX, located in the Greater Area of Houston, Texas. She is excited to share her knowledge and help others become their best selves and possible entrepreneurs.

I’m the founder of Yoga Therapy For You, a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and a Yoga Therapy Practitioner registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) I have been teaching for over 12 years and have studied with many incredible teachers throughout this time. Always a student and recently became a Sound Therapist after studying with the British Academy Of Sound Therapy. I’m passionate about promoting healing, vitality and wellbeing through the practice of yoga and sound. “I stumbled upon yoga unexpectedly” It all began because I was overwhelmed with work, working through grief, my body stiff, self esteem low, struggling with weight gain and was experiencing huge hormonal shifts. I was feeling completely lost and my health and wellbeing was deteriorating. I needed change, and so joined a gym and quickly realised it wasn’t my cup of tea! I was about to give up when I discovered yoga classes on the timetable. I remember my first class, sat on a yoga mat thinking what am I doing here, I can’t even touch my toes...never in a million years would I have known that day would change my life.. The stretching felt so good, and the stillness of my body and mind in relaxation was a welcome gift, a huge wake up call for self care!!

Hello, my name’s Emily and I’ve been a Jabberjacks childrens entertainer and EYFS Early Years Practitioner in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield & Knutsford area since 2003. Jabberjacks have been delivering providing our unique brand of fun-filled kids party entertainment, private nursery sessions and developmental activity classes for toddlers in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Bramhall area, where it all started, for over sixteen years! I began my Jabberjacks career as a Party Leader and when both my children have started school I took the opportunity to buy the East Cheshire franchise where I live, as it is the perfect way to combine working in a job I love, along with looking after my young children. I’m very proud of the fact that Jabberjacks are Cheshire’s best loved children’s birthday party entertainer and EYFS activity class provider. We deliver children’s party entertainment in Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Alderly Edge, Bramhall, Poynton, Marple, Prestbury, Cheadle Hume and everywhere in between. I also offer developmental activity classes for toddlers in Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Bramhall, an well as at Let Loose in Hazel Grove, Stockport. He has been a hypnotherapy educator to a wide variety of health professionals including writing and tutoring the first official training in hypnotherapy in the NHS in 1992, teaching at the Royal College of Nursing in London. He has taught psychological therapies specialising in clinical hypnosis for over 30 years, teaching in the UK and other countries. This included writing and tutoring the first official training in clinical hypnotherapy in the NHS in 1992, at the Royal College of Nursing in London. He is an instructor in surgical applications of hypnosis and has taught clinical hypnosis applications to surgeons and anaesthetists in a course accredited by the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
