one of only 2 clubs across Scotland to have this revolution in the way people
train. Our professionally trained staff will guide you through our facilities
and ensure you are fully instructed on operating the equipment, provide fitness
assessments and offer personal training services to ensure you get the most out

serenity from the stresses of modern life, with a full sized heated swimming
