Our lecturers and Internal Quality Assurers have vast experience in the field and some are examiners for the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN). We thrive to improve the British dental system through training and releasing qualified and committed professionals into the field of dental services. Our Philosophy The Training Centre takes pride in fostering a sense of determination and professionalism in our students. We achieve this by promoting excellence, integrity and honesty which we believe goes far beyond the classroom. We recognise the need to focus on each student as an individual in order to bring out the best in them. Our History The Training Centre was founded in January 2014 with a vision to provide a wide spectrum of dental professionals. The Centre is growing from strength to strength and now has 2 Centres in Wembley and Southall. Learning environment We have face to face classes at the Training Centre, online classes as well as blended classes. Sessions are carried out in a relaxed environment and are tutor led so you have an opportunity to ask questions and take part in group discussions and interact with other students. If you miss a session, do not worry, sessions are recorded so you can always catch up later. On completion of the syllabus, thorough revision classes are carried out in preparation for the exam. My name is Elaine and I love yoga! I've been enjoying yoga myself for about 45 years and teaching for 15 years. My Bicester yoga classes are gentle and mindful. No rushing from posture to posture. We take time to be. My aim when teaching is for you to be comfortable, relaxed and happy. For you to feel calm and confident, free from physical tension and mental stress. Most of the ladies in my classes are in their 50's, 60's and 70's and appreciate the more gentle approach I take in teaching. Classes start with a short period of breath awareness, followed by some gentle warm up movements. Then we enjoy some postures (asanas) often in the form of sequences so you can lose yourself in the soft flow of the movements. We finish with some breathwork (pranayama) and a lovely relaxation leaving you feeling calm and peaceful. I like to drip in little glimpses of the philosophy behind yoga and will sometimes share a short reading or poem to enhance the mood of the class. In addition, I integrate aspects of mindfulness into my teaching. Whilst none of us can remove the stresses from our lives, we can develop coping mechanisms to avoid tension building physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga can help you release tight muscles and improve your sense of balance physically and mentally. You learn to unravel the knots of physical, mental and emotional tension and gain a greater sense of wellbeing. Let your yoga class be an oasis of calm in a busy life... like pressing a pause button .. time to unwind and refresh. Beginners are always welcome - my gentle style of teaching means all can enjoy classes. Come and find your inner goddess .. that calm, tranquil woman who can sometimes become hidden in a busy life. For years I was a PA for small and large companies but always had a passion for Yoga and other fitness concepts, however I always came back to Yoga. I have suffered with sciatica and I also have Spondylolisthesis and was referred to a physiotherapist. My condition was treated and Pilates was recommended. I noticed that my posture was misaligned, due to age, sitting down for long periods of time and generally bad habits. After sessions with a chiropractor and physiotherapist because I was suffering with headaches, I discovered I had Spondylolisthesis in my lumbar spine and arthritis in my cervical spine. I had not at that time experienced any real pain and because I was practising Pilates and Yoga regularly I was doing what I needed to. I know what can aggravate it and avoid back bends which I also have experienced sciatica which is painful and debilitating and can be a bi-product of spondy. Both of these conditions are painful and Spondylolisthesis can be progressive and would need an operation is I got to Level 3. Since I was diagnosed in 2010 at Level 1-2 I have not experienced any problems and hope by putting in the work with Pilates and Yoga I can keep an operation at bay!!! I started my training for my own personal reasons however, because the benefits are huge, I decided to start teaching and haven't looked back. My posture has improved immensely and I am aware that Yoga and Pilates is a lifetime improvement programme, one tried and tested over the years. I completed my Yoga 200 hour alliance training with FRYOG, their motto is "Friendly yoga with a smile". I particularly enjoyed learning the philosophy and history of yoga and enjoyed reading and studying the spiritual texts, and have benefitted hugely in my life practising pranayama and meditation.

Lancashire Digital was founded in 2004 by Greg and Len Adam as a dedicated educational software team. All of the inital staff were hand-picked for their experience working in the education sector. Throughout the next 10 years, Lancashire Digital went from strength to strength, working with education industry leaders including Pearson Education, Promethean and Cambridge University Press. In 2010 however, Greg realised that the days of Flash as the main delivery mechanism for e-learning were numberered and the internal team started their transition to development using HTML5. This foresight proved to be revolutionary for the company, as Lancashire Digital developers were upskilled to HTML5 well ahead of the curve. This put them in a strong position to win work for both new development using HTML5, but given the cross-skills of the team, a large quantity of Flash to HTML5 conversion projects were undertaken. Today sees the team as a well-seasoned group of HTML5 developers with a strong background in Flash development, along with back-end specialist developers for our platforms projects.
