Welcome to CLEAR. We are a Cornwall based charity dedicated to the highest levels of care and support for people of all ages and all genders impacted by abuse and other emotional trauma. Our mission is to help children, young people and adults harmed by abuse and emotional trauma and to prevent abuse from occurring. We are proud to be a member of the Survivors Trust and are the only all-age service in Cornwall. Our children's service is both registered and accredited by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Our counselling services work to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

Welcome to The Gryphon SchoolThe Gryphon School opened in September 1992 as a Dorset County Council voluntary controlled Church of England School. It replaced three former schools – Foster’s, Lord Digby’s and St Aldhelms which had served Sherborne for many years. Lord Digby’s began in 1743 and Fosters in 1640. The new Headteacher was Mr Chris Shepperd (MA Oxon) and the School opened with 853 students. The foundation stone for the new school buildings and campus were laid by The Right Reverend John Baker, Lord Bishop of Salisbury on July 23 1993 on the site of St Aldhelms School. The new school was formally opened by HRH The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO on 15 November 1994. In 2004 the School became a Specialist School for Business and Enterprise – the first in Dorset. As part of this development The Gryphon Conference Centre was added and opened by HRH The Earl of Wessex KCVO on 28 April 2006. Whilst the specialist school system has ended the School has maintained considerable links with the local community and businesses.

Yoga and meditation makes me feel strong and in tune with my spirit. For thousands of years mankind has praised and celebrated our spirit. But modern society seems to have cut our spirit connection and the material realm has taken over. “Yoga is a very practical and effective way to rediscover and understand ourselves, and strengthen our bodies. I want to share this with my students. It’s important to have a place where we actually have the time to learn about ourselves, have a good stretch and everyone leaves the mat ready to tackle anything with a clear, calm mind!” Chet is a dedicated hatha, and vinyassa flow yoga teacher. She did her teacher training in Goa, India, with Mohinder Prassad of Mahi Power Yoga. She has a worldwide-accredited yoga teacher training qualification and is a member of the Yoga Alliance (the largest international community of yoga teachers, schools and advocates). Her journey started studying meditation and yoga at the age of 18. As many people know, yoga originated in India. A spiritual experience led her to Osho’s ashram in Pune, India, at the age of 21 where she studied more yoga and dynamic meditation. She has since spent many years training in Shaolin Tiger Crane Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Gung with the Nam Yang Pugilistic Association. She has taught both adults and school children, performed in South East Asia and at the Chinese New Celebration in Trafalgar Square, London. Some of the meditation teachings in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali were later used in martial arts. Kung Fu was derived from yoga and Chet was lucky enough to find a genuine, traditional kung fu art. Her amazing teachers, Master Iain Armstrong, and Grand Master Tan Son Tin, took her to British national championship in four years where she won a Gold medal for her kung fu routines. In recent years, she has concentrated on yoga, studying hatha, vinyasa, yin, kundalini and aerial yoga. She has always been interested in Asian arts and doing things that seem impossible. As well as this, she has enjoyed a varied career, including a media career for over 15 years in PR, TV, and radio. Chet understands working under pressure both in, and out of, the office, and the importance of having an exercise routine that actually fits around your life and career. Yoga is perfect for this. You don't need a partner and you can train whenever you can. Chet’s mission is to help you reach your most supple and healthy as this ultimately leads to happiness. As well as improving fitness, you will learn about the history and philosophy of the ancient art of yoga, and develop practical ways to deal with the stresses of daily life

Bourne Education Trust (‘BET’) was established in 2011 and has grown steadily since then. It is largely Surrey based with 20 of its 26 schools there, but has also expanded into Hampshire and Richmond. It is made up of 20 academies, 5 associate schools and one free school due to open in September 2024. Of its 26 schools, 13 are primaries, 9 are secondaries, 2 are alternative provision and, with the new free school, 2 are specialist schools. It is responsible for the education of approximately 12,500 pupils and employs just over 1,300 staff. The Trust is organised into both phases and clusters to support specialist and cross-phase collaboration. Pupils working independently The size of BET's schools range from a one-form entry primary to an 8-form entry secondary school with a sixth form. Schools are equally important and carry the same influence in terms of decision-making within the Trust. Each school has its own Head and Local Governing Committee. Since 2012 it has taken 9 schools from special measures or requiring improvement to good or outstanding. The rest have maintained their good status whilst in the Trust. He was always an inquisitive and innovative student who liked to experiment with new ideas; an aptitude which would later lead him to find his potential in the courier industry. After completing his Master’s Degree in Economics, Mian Jehangir Shahid has moved to Karachi in 1970 and joined a newly growing advertising industry in Pakistan. His company made billboards that targeted the cities’ major commercial districts. New ideas for promoting products were being developed as the concept of advertising was becoming popular. However, as a recession hit the country in the 1970s, businesses in Pakistan were greatly de-valued and could no longer afford to spend money on expensive advertisement campaigns. Then entering the manufacturing industry following his advertising streak, he was surprised by the involuntary lack of correspondence between businesses due to the lack of a secure and systemized courier or postal service. Seeing a potential for a courier company that could connect the whole nation, Mian Jehangir Shahid established Leopards Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1983 with five destinations in the country. His foresight and vision lead towards the expansion of the company, and after establishing one of the largest nationwide networks, Leopards went international in the year 2000, setting up offices in Dubai, Singapore and China. Moreover, Mian Jehangir Shahid in recent past opened Leopards logistics and shipments; a division of leopards focused on the national and international transportation of heavy shipments and containers. Keeping in view the philosophy of transformation and evolution within the industry in recent times, Mian Jehangir Shahid focuses on constant transformation & digitalization of current operations processes at leopards.
