I work as a coach, mentor and facilitator to senior leaders and their teams who
are driven to make a difference and who want to put people and their wellbeing
at the heart of change. As a leader through change, you need to minimise
disruption and keep your people engaged and focused on the right priorities,
helping them flourish and succeed as we all face more and faster change. You
know that your role is key in creating the right culture to support healthy,
sustainable change and wellbeing. And you know you need to put on your own
oxygen mask first to be able to help others. But how? Today, my clients are
navigating very different workplaces – remote working and challenges in
recruiting and retaining talent, while at the same time, keeping an eye on the
road ahead so they can adapt and respond. All while having to deliver more with
the same or less. Throughout my career, I’ve supported leaders delivering change
in large organisations including easyJet, Elsevier, Mitie and Heathrow Airport
as well as charities, pharmaceutical and engineering organisations. I’ve helped
them lead confidently through change by gaining clarity and driving engagement
through a clear focus on their people – not systems or processes.
