Far too many people in Scotland struggle with their fitness and health, or are
finding they’re working way too hard on it for too little gain and no fun. That
doesn’t work for us. We don’t believe that hard-core traditional and rigid
gym-based programmes are working well for people. Exercise should give you
energy, and even with hard work, it should be enjoyable. The immediate and
short-term consequences of this are huge. People are finding themselves unfit,
overweight or just drained of energy, or they push too hard in programmes that
aren’t right for them and they end up burned out or injured. What’s needed is a
fresh approach that’s tuned to individuals, and doesn’t rely on intimidating,
boring and potentially risky weight lifting programmes. What people need are
energy-lifting programmes that suit them, get great results and are enjoyable.
