Alongside caring for my daughters, I aim to empower women to use their bodies to give them strength and energy throughout their pregnancy and childbirth. Mel became a Personal Trainer so she could help and show people that it is possible to lead a healthy life. She wanted to share the enjoyment of exercising for a healthy body and mind with others.
