My name is Stef and I am the founder of Bear Well a female only personal training space in Ladywell. Growing up in a family of yoga teachers, holistic therapists, football players and rugby players, exercise and wellness has always played a huge role in my life. For the last few years I have dedicated myself to helping women, of all abilities and lifestages, to find the joy in exercise and reshape their relationship with their bodies. In particular I specialise in helping mums to stay strong and empowered throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond. And as a mum of a baby boy myself I know first hand how important exercising, in a safe and effective way, is to both your physical and mental wellbeing. Positive powerful women are a magical thing and my mission is to create as many of them as possible.
