Removing the focus from weight loss and appearance, my mission is to help you
FEEL like the best version of yourself. In my experience, that doesn’t come from
changing the number on the scale. Instead, I believe establishing body respect
and finding a fun, flexible approach to your movement lifestyle is the key to
long-term positive change. My sessions are a diet culture free space, I’m not
interested in restrictive diets or extreme workouts. Sometimes it’s great to
challenge yourself, but incorporating a mindful and intuitive approach will
cultivate mental and physical strength from a place of self care and joy for
movement!
