martial arts where I gained my first-degree black and started to perform coach
and teach classes in breakdance. I had found my love for coaching so I went to
college and gained my HNC health fitness and exercise. I have since worked for
eight years in various gyms including puregym,X4l, iconic and Neilston holiday
resorts. I have helped a range of clients achieve there goals and with the right
planning and dedication I can help you to reach too
