I am incredibly proud to have led the creation of TEAM Education Trust working with like-minded colleagues who have shared ambition for the future success of the children in our classrooms. The Trust has the education of children at its heart; it has been structured so children are the focus of our actions and to ensure they have the best foundations on which to build success in their future lives, jobs and relationships. To achieve this focus, we build on our greatest asset, our exceptional staff through identifying excellence and taking a team approach. I believe in teamwork. It enables us to best use and promote the talents and skills of our staff, blending them to achieve an excellent inclusive education for all the children and young people within our schools. CUBE is a Midlands based music development agency for music creators and professionals. We design career development spaces for our music network to engage, develop and play with their practice alongside sharing networks and industry information and providing education and practical industry experience. We encourage artistic integrity, provide tools to stimulate creative expression and provide knowledge on building sustainable careers in music.
Using a bespoke arts programme we are aiming to address some of the issues that can affect an ageing population of a city. We want to help improve the social well-being of older people and make our over 60's more visible and active in society.
