Green Box First Aid Training is dedicated to providing the skills, knowledge and confidence to tackle everything from cuts and bruises to life threatening situations, so you’re ready to give family, friends, colleagues and those in need the best chance of recovery. We offer face to face, virtual and online first aid training, as well as health and safety and mental health first aid training courses, to businesses, schools and healthcare organisations, as well as one-to-one family first aid sessions, all across the UK. Based in Windsor, Berkshire, our group, public and individual first aid training courses take place at work, home or local classrooms and cover a variety of courses, including first aid at work, basic life support, paediatrics and active pursuits. As a ProTrainings Gold Approved Centre and a Member of the Association of Healthcare Trainers, the Green Box team of experienced instructors and courses are fully compliant and meet HSE and Ofsted regulations, to ensure all attendees are fully qualified and ready to perform first aid. Green Box First Aid Training has classroom locations for our First Aid Courses in Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Staines upon Thames, Newbury, Reading and Farnborough. These locations are where we hold our public first aid training courses. But these can also be used for private group bookings. Our public courses normally run once a month at each venue, please check our live booking system for details. We can also train you at your place of work. We specialise in in-house courses. We can train at your workplace or venue. Or we can find training facilities in a location of your choice. We have instructors across the UK and we travel the length of the country so please do get in touch.

Think of us as your gateway to tailored services and multi-disciplinary resources, to inform all of the work and continuing professional development you do. The Knowledge Service team are a small friendly professional team based in the Education Centre at St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey. Primarily we serve all NHS staff and students on clinical placement, working, within primary, community and acute care across the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership.

Doing the Bump Class is the start of a relationship and for that reason we prefer to have a conversation with you on the phone rather than online. The only emails you’ll get from us contain important information about your Bump Classes while you are on the course. Dr Chiara Hunt is a GP based in Sloane Street, Knightsbridge. She has worked on the labour wards at St Mary’s hospital, Paddington and Chelsea and Westminster hospital, as well as in paediatrics. She looks after many young families in the central London area and maintains a keen special interest in paediatrics and women’s health. She is the mother of two young children and lives in Notting Hill. Marina hosts the Eight Week Antenatal Course in South Kensington. She supports and gets to know the participants over eight weeks, supporting the professionals and providing the practical advice and skills honed as a mother. She has two children, Ludo and Iona, and in spite of tragedy, (her son Willem was stillborn in 2014) she has become motherhood’s biggest advocate. As well as teaching Bump Classes, she writes regularly for various publications including The Telegraph, The Times, Baby London and Nurture Magazine about pregnancy and motherhood. She lives with her husband, the TV presenter Ben Fogle in Notting Hill. A former Bump Class girl herself, she knows first hand the benefits of such a comprehensive course, as she says it prepared her for birth, motherhood and everything in-between! Having formed strong friendships with her own Bump Class, she emphasizes the importance of the participants getting to know one another as a strong support group
