At our core we are maths teachers and we have not lost sight of the reality of teaching and subject leadership. We work in a ‘hands on’ capacity in classrooms and can help you move towards ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ teaching, learning and assessment. We also value our personal professional development and attend local and regional networks and conferences. We meet regularly as a team to share best practice and renew our vision. We aim to continually strengthen and extend the Improve Maths pool of expertise by commissioning high calibre associates. Our standards are exacting and we have attracted an excellent field from primary and secondary phases including colleagues currently working in schools.

Record of Processing Activities The Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) is requirement of most organisations as defined in article 30 of the GDPR. Even if not required by law the ROPA forms the baseline for data protection compliance as it allows an organisation to evidence where personal data is used and identifies data usage risk. By establishing a small network of data champions your organisation can determine where data is processed. This allows your Data Protection Officer (DPO or equivalent) to obtain a holistic view and provides the ability to demonstrate compliance.
