Welcome to Improving Impact. We offer support to leadership teams and
organisations, and specialise in coaching and leadership development. The
majority of our work is with schools in the public sector. However, we also work
with businesses and private companies. Our key belief at Improving Impact is
simple. It’s people who make the difference. So how can leaders help staff be
