The C2C Teaching Alliance was formed in March 2013 and is a Multi-Alliance teaching school committed to providing excellent teaching and learning opportunities for all. We have successfully developed ITT enabling School Direct students to work within the Alliance. We are also an appropriate body for NQT’s offering quality support and training for NQTs across Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire. Furthermore, we have developed the school to school support that we offer and are engaged in supporting a number of schools and have a good track record of the impact of that support. We also offer a wide range of CPD, including English, Maths, PE, Phonics and Senior leaders. Our most recent addition to this is training for recently Qualified Teachers showing leadership potential. Our objective is to build a professional school led system based on trust and empowerment. We aim for excellence in holistic education; providing an outstanding teacher for every class and outstanding leaders in every school. By working creatively, reflectively and inclusively through a recognised professional school led system based on trust and empowerment we pursue high learner achievement and success for all.

Kinetic School of Performing Arts was founded in 2013 by Director, Choreographer & Teacher Kris Crowley. Kinetic are a Theatre School, Musical Theatre Company & Youth Academy working throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Kinetics' aim is to equip performers with the skills and experiences needed to enter the performing arts industry with the ethos of training whilst performing. Providing our performers with a vast range of performance opportunities enables them to put into practice a wide range of skills whilst nurturing their confidence, stage awareness and ability. Each year across the company Kinetic stages a range of productions & projects at our resident performance venues at The Richard Burton Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama & The Atrium (University of South Wales). As well as staging our own full scale musicals we perform at concerts, charity events, festivals & work with other companies & organisations collaboratively. Kinetic provides itself on its high reputation and standards, working at an industrious pace where team work & an endeavour for excellence remains key in our core values. I am a professional sound recordist and musician with a special interest in underwater recording. I have worked alongside the likes of the BBC, SageGateshead, British Ecological Society, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Great North Museum, and the Wildlife Trusts.  My creative outputs have found their way into international exhibitions, independent films, artist residencies, and used as bioacoustic documentaton. In addition to self-employment, I work part-time as a Music Technician at Newcastle University. I was shortlisted by the Times Higher Education awards as 'Outstanding Technician of the Year 2020'. I live in Durham with my partner and son, who won 'Best Listener [https://www.soundoftheyearawards.com/2020-shortlists-winners]' in the Sound of the Year Awards 2020.
