We offer mountain bike skills coaching and coached rides. We're based in Afan South Wales, where have our own 'private' coaching venue designed especially to progress our clients’ skills. To ensure you develop your skills and confidence efficiently and quickly we use a modern formula of ignition, (thats your desire to improve) Master coaching (thats our bit!) Deep practice (some of this will be on the course but most of it will follow the course when you’re out riding) this all leads to enhanced skills and confidence in the shortest time possible.

We employ traditional methods to make our beautiful glass products and do not use moulds to create our glassware produce. This means that our glassware is unique and more personal from craft to gift. We also offer glass engraving allowing for bespoke messages on glass baubles, wine glasses and a range of our custom made glassware. Handmade stained glass windows, door panels, sun-catchers, lampshades and many more items can be commissioned through our stained glass studio, where we also undertake many restoration projects. Hands on Training was formed in October 2007 to provide quality training courses to those wishing to change career or simply learn a new trade for whatever your purpose may be. All of our courses are ran at our training centre in Howdon which has good links to the A19 and the Tyne Tunnel, whilst also being just a 2 minute walk from Howdon Metro Station. As well as our courses we also take referral's from "Working Links" for anyone unemployed and seeking to start a new career. Hands on Training is an approved training provider and has accreditation to offer qualifications on behalf of the NOCN. All our courses are practical hands on and there is no classroom study. Theory work is important, but we believe the best place to do this in the comfort of your own home. With the paperwork that we supply you, and books that we can advise you on, we feel this to be the best option.

Inn Training is a small training company based in Norfolk We offer a range of courses covering short one day “due diligence” courses which may include Personal Licence, Food Safety, Health & Safety, First Aid and more, all at various levels. We can also deliver Apprenticeships We have spent the last two years working as a lead on an Erasmus+ project across Europe, and are currently working on a project entitled “Bev Tour” and another “BeWell” which is about supporting Mental Health around the European workplace. Inn Training also offer Quality Assurance work as well as working with various awarding organisations as End point assessors. Currently we are working with Highfield awarding Body as subject matter experts helping to create the Catering T Level qualification. – very exciting!!
