Nara was formed in 1995 by a group of professionals from the property, legal, and insolvency disciplines, concerned at what was perceived to be a lack of standards by some practitioners when undertaking fixed charge or Law of Property Act receivership appointments. Since that time Nara has introduced written standards, trained practitioners for relevant examinations, provided continuing professional development and worked with stakeholders, inc lenders, borrowers and government as the pre-eminent trade association for fixed charge receivers. The Association is multi-disciplinary and its membership is drawn from a broad range of professionals including accountants, surveyors and valuers, insolvency practitioners, and lawyers. Its Council is drawn from leading members of the combined professions across the country and their expertise has produced a structure for insolvency work of this type. The Association has a detailed Code of Practice, Professional Statements and Guidance Notes to which all of its members have agreed to adhere. Nara promotes training of members and provides a substantial number of training hours. Nara also publishes a regular e-newsletter and a twice yearly printed newsletter, which is widely circulated not only to members, but also within the banking fraternity from whom it receives the fullest support. Nara fully endorses the concept of regulation and played a pivotal role in developing the scheme for voluntary licensing of fixed charge receivers. This resulted in a voluntary scheme of registration culminating in a revised Memorandum of Understanding in July 2017 between Nara, RICS and IPA. Under this scheme practitioners are monitored and regulated. Nara represents members’ interests at the interface with Government, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (formerly the Department of Trade and Industry), the Insolvency Service, and other external agencies, and is now firmly established as the leading voice for fixed charge receivers.

To attracts investors, entrepreneurs, established and new businesses to add value to the community on basis that equitably shares any profits in excess of the incentive to invest; 5. With the capacity to become largely self-reliant in regards to the basic needs of its residents for water, food and energy and value adding activities to sustain citizen prosperity in perpetuity; 6. That inspires citizens, leaders, community groups, planners, architects and all other stakeholders to work together to a common vision of an ecologically sustainable, fair and equitable society. The New Garden Cities Alliance has been tasked by the signatories of the Letchworth Garden City Declaration to create a movement and organise the consensus to setup the mechanisms so that an agreed definition of what a Garden City is can take root and we can give new settlements the confidence to call themselves ‘Garden Cities’ if they meet a set of agreed social, planning and architectural criteria.

Ukwuani is a language spoken in 61 broad communities: Abbi, Emu, Utagba Ụno, Utagba Ogbe (Kwale), Ogume, Onicha Ukwuani, Obikwele, Ossissa, Ashaka, Abala, Ase, Ibedeni, Okpo Ekirika, Igbuku, Aboh, Akarai, Azagba, Asaba Ase, Afor, Oworobia, Adiawai, Awa, Anyama, Umuolu, Ibrede, Iyede-Ame, Onuogbokor, Beneku, Okpai, Onyah, Onuaboh, Ige, Utchi, Umuedem, Umụgboma, Ushie, Utuoku, Inyi, Osemele Asagba, Umukwata, Ụkabi, Umutu, Obi Igbo, Obiaruku, Ezhionum, Akoku, Obilo, Eziokpor, Adonishaka, Umuaja, Oboeti, Ebedei, Umuebu, Amai , Ejeme Aniogor (Aniocha South), Owa Alidima (Ika north), Agbor Alidima (Ika South), Ndoni (Rivers), Isukwe (Rivers), Ogba (Rivers), Egbema, (Rivers). It is a branch of the Volta-Niger language family and have slight dialectal differences in the Language based on their closeness to the four ethnic groups at their borders. These are: Igbo, Urhobo, Edo and Ijaw. The influence of these Languages is manifest in slight variations in their pronunciation manifesting in different dialects namely: Onuaboh dialect (Ndosumili area), Akashiada, Utagba (kwale) and Osissa dialect. The one spoken by the majority of the people is the Utagba dialect. It is easily understood by the speaker of the other dialects and it is the dialect that is used for Ukwuani language studies. Ukwuani language is also included in the list of 27 Nigerian languages approved by the Federal Government for the purposes of “mother tongue education”. Ukwuani language has a common ancestry with the Igbo language and Edo language .

These efforts are supported by a small team of resources based in New York, Hong Kong and London. FIX Trading Community was previously known as FIX Protocol Ltd (and this remains its full legal entity name).
