Generally, the div 1-4 group aims to meet Sun on the water for 9:30am, and Wed on the water for 6pm. Some of the keener ones paddle on other days but not at fixed times. If anyone wants to join in, it is best to turn up on a Wed or Sun, and ask about other times and whatsapp groups.

Our Story In the 1980s both Judi and Alex were serving Police Officers and in the 1992 Alex left to join the London Ambulance Service. During their service, they both witnessed the importance of good First aid care and, having a passion for teaching, started out as freelance instructors for other companies. Unfortunately they were both disappointed with the quality and pricing of many of those providers. Judi become fed up with Alex's constant comments that he could "do better, cheaper" and told him to "do something about it!!!" Alex and Judi Brazkiewicz formed Holos Healthcare & Training Ltd in 2004 to deliver high quality First Aid at Work training. Alex and Judi between them, currently have almost 35 years front-line Emergency Services experience, and almost 50 years training First Aid. They are backed by a passionate team of instructors - hand picked for their experience but also their ability to "Teach the Basics - but also to Teach them Well". Services Our courses range from brief 2 hour introductory seminars and 1/2 day Basic Life Support (BLS) courses to the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) to the 5-day Level 3 First Responder on Scene (FROS) courses.
