What started more than 10 years ago as a simple idea – to provide children in Johnstown, PA with access to high quality tutoring without the high price tag — has grown into a multi-faceted program that gives children, families, and schools greater options for improving academic achievement. IMG_0660 Lorraine Nulton, D.Ed, an educational psychologist, discovered the need for an affordable and effective alternative to high-cost tutoring during her work with children in public schools. A generous donation from the Nulton family enabled us to open our doors and begin to carry out our mission. Today, we are a respected organization that serves 28,160 youth/adults from 51 school districts and 69 other schools and organizations in 19 Pennsylvania counties. Friends of Snitterfield School (FOSS) FOSS Friends of Snitterfield School (FOSS) is a small group of volunteers that play an active role in raising funds for the school & for all our children’s growth and learning. We actively seek to arrange events that are social, fun and raise much needed funds for school resources. Historically, we have helped to fund school trips, IT equipment, stationary & books. Moving forwards we are looking to fund a few bigger projects including: The restoration of the pond area – a great resource that is currently under utilised. More Forest School dates for all year groups As a small group we are always seeking new members/volunteers. Being part of FOSS is a great way of meeting other parents, and school staff. The more people involved the less time commitment for all – everyone is welcome!

For more than 25 years, "Les Poussins de Milton Keynes" has brought together French-speaking children from the region and their families. Our goal is to encourage and develop knowledge of the French language as well as French culture, customs and traditions. The Poussins school is also an opportunity for children, young people and families to meet other bilinguals of their age. We currently welcome more than a hundred families and we have around 150 children registered for Saturday French lessons. All French-speaking families in the region are welcome. Association for Educational Projects Limited (AEPL) aims to promote education of young women.Its educational activities focus on all aspects of human development. AEPL’s educational philosophy fosters the development of one’s character as a foundation for the acquisition of other virtues and skills. Today there are activities sponsored by AEPL in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Hobart. Projects of AEPL are open to all people, regardless of their background. AEPL was founded in 1976 by a group of Sydney residents from a wide variety of backgrounds. Their aim was to establish an association that would sponsor and promote educational projects to meet the needs of Australian society. AEPL is not-for- profit company and a registered charity. Delta One Canines was established in 1999 when I retired from the Police Force.  Twenty one  of those thirty years was spent as a dog handler and dog training instructor. The aims of the business are the same now as they were then, to provide dog training and behaviourial advice to pet owners that is effective, acceptable and affordable. The business has grown over the last twenty five years and now includes two associate instructors.  Potential clients of the business can be assured by our membership of bona fide professional organisations. I have been a full member of British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers since the mid 1980s and an Honorary Life Member  of Canine Behaviour & Training Society (Formerly U.K. Registry of Canine Behaviourists) since 2010. My associate trainers are also  members of B.I.P.D.T.. On-going staff training has included courses in Canine First Aid and dog law. We deliver Responsible Dog Ownership Courses which were developed by ourselves at the request of and in association with  West Midlands Police. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal service to all clients. All our training lessons are delivered on a “One to one”  basis so that owner and dog can progress at their own pace without distractions.  Behaviourial consultations are delivered at the owners home. The consultations deal with matters such as aggression, separation anxiety, dominance and other subjects that are beyond the scope of a regular training lesson. Owners are given a behaviour modification program to address the cause of the dogs unwanted behaviour.
