Creative is an international development organization dedicated to supporting people around the world to realize the positive change they seek.PAKISTAN Reading Project Pakistan is one of the few countries where illiteracy rates are actually increasing. Government statistics show that primary school enrollment is only 66 percent, which means some 7.2 million children are not in classrooms. The Pakistan Reading Project is a national program aimed at improving the quality of reading education in more than 23,000 public schools. It is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Under the International Rescue Committee’s purview, along with 10 local and international partners, Creative is delivering high-quality pre-service teacher education, training and professional development with an explicit focus on teaching reading. It will improve management throughout the education system through policy support and enhanced information, planning and monitoring systems. Complementing education initiatives by the Pakistan government, USAID and other international partners, the Pakistan Reading Project will promote a culture of reading nationally by improving organizations’ abilities to promote educational research, advocacy and reform, as well as expanding the number of colleges and universities offering rigorous teacher training and specialized education degrees. The Pakistan Reading Project will advance and develop the reading instruction skills of 94,000 teachers over the next five years and is expected to reach 3.2 million boys and girls with improved reading programs. The program will specially target underserved rural communities where access to elementary education is limited.

Chantal offers dog training and puppy training in Dorking, Ewell, Leatherhead and many other locations in Greater London and Surrey. It is a discipline that is constantly adapting and to keep up to date with new methods and techniques, Chantal regularly attends lectures and seminars by internationally renowned dog trainers and behaviourists such as Ken Ramirez, Emily Larlham and Kay Laurence. Chantal currently owns four dogs, a Border Collie and three Shelties. Chantal has competed at Olympia, won at Crufts, and has represented Team England in the World Agility Open and Team GB at the FCI Agility World Championships. She has also recently qualified to compete at IFCS with one of her Shelties.

The only child of his parents, he grew up in Sutton, Surrey. He first attended Blue Firs nursery and then on to Collingwood School in Wallington, Surrey. Tobi, as he was known to his friends, excelled at Collingwood making many friends and participating in all aspects of school life. He learnt how to play a variety of musical instruments including the recorder, piano, drums and the cello. He participated in several school concerts at venues such as Fairfield in Croydon and The Royal Albert Hall, London. He then went on to Whitgift School for boys, South Croydon for his secondary school education. He excelled academically obtaining 6 A stars and 5 A’s for his O levels. From an early age he had an aptitude for numbers, he subsequently became an excellent mathematician achieving A star in GCSE Mathematics a year early. Whitgift School gave him the opportunity to further develop his musical skills. He studied music for GCSE and continued playing both the Cello and Drums. He was a member of the Whitgift school String Symphonia and other groups. He represented the school on many occasions in concerts. He was working towards his Grade 7 in Drums and Grade 5 in Cello at the time of his early departure.

Bethlem Gallery is a visual arts organisation in south-east London. We programme creative activities, projects and commissions to participate in, look at, talk and think about. Based at Bethlem Royal Hospital, Beckenham, and working across South London and the UK, we support the professional development and socially engaged practice of our artists, many of whom have experienced mental health services. We bridge communities, aiming to make art an everyday practice and mental health an everyday conversation. Our programme includes collaborations with other cultural and health organisations including Bethlem Museum of the Mind, with whom we share a building, artists-in-residence, and interdisciplinary research. We engage audiences in learning and debate on the subject of mental health and artistic practice. We are a charity founded in 1997. As well as working in our gallery and studio space at Bethlem Royal Hospital, we programme exhibitions at the Long Gallery at Maudsley Hospital and the ORTUS conferencing centre, and commission new public artworks. “Pills are ok, counselling is ok and it will get you back on the streets, but what keeps your mind alive is what you learn here. About the Migration Museum The Migration Museum explores how the movement of people to and from Britain across the ages has shaped who we are – as individuals, as communities, and as a nation. Migration is a pressing contemporary issue and is at the centre of polarised political and online debate. But there’s an underlying story of comings and goings stretching back many centuries. And this story goes to the heart of who we are today. Britain has thousands of museums, but none comprehensively focused on this important theme that connects us all. The time is right for a highly relevant, accessible visitor attraction that shines a light on who we are, where we come from and where we are going. From our current home in the heart of Lewisham Shopping Centre, we stage engaging exhibitions and dynamic events, alongside a far-reaching education programme for primary, secondary, university and adult learners. We have a growing digital presence and convene a knowledge-sharing Migration Network of museums and galleries across the UK. The story so far The Migration Museum was founded by Barbara Roche, who first made the case for a migration museum for Britain almost 20 years ago, stemming from her time as Britain’s immigration minister, and from visiting similar museums in other parts of the world – notably Ellis Island in New York. Barbara assembled a founding team of people from different professional backgrounds who shared her passionate belief that Britain’s migration history should be placed at the heart of our national story. Together, they began to scope what a national migration museum might look like. Sophie Henderson, a former immigration judge and barrister, came on board as Director in 2013. We are a relatively small club with about 40 members. A few of these have hung up their dive gear for good and just turn up socially. We consider ourselves pretty friendly, don't take ourselves very seriously and are prone to an occasional bout of "milling around aimlessly". We meet at the K2 Lesiure Centre in Crawley every Thursday. We have use of the pool from 9pm but like to meet up to an hour before for a bit of training, organising the weekends diving or just some general chit-chat. We host a pretty active diving schedule throughout the year including dives off our club boat moored in Littlehampton, trips away to Portland & Dover and training days at Vobster, Wraysbury and other dive centres. COMING SOON As a club we also like to make the effort to get away with trips to the Red Sea, liveraboard voyages in the Maldives and Skiing in France Alongside all the diving, we like to keep our social calendar full. Whether its the Christmas do, Skittles and Pizza evenings or just meeting up for a swim on a Thursday night.
