We specialise in facilitating safe space environments that enable individuals to
engage in dialogue on race, design and develop interactive workshop on the
various aspects of race, and work on strategic priorities with leaders and their
teams. We know that in the pursuit of racial equity, individual conversations
are part of the journey, empowering individuals to reflect on how racism is part
of our systems and institutions. Our services offer ways in which to assist
leaders to move the dial race inclusion, support people to navigate tackling
race inequality, and advocates to be intentional in anti-racism. Overstanding
