All of our courses are ran at our training centre in Howdon which has good links to the A19 and the Tyne Tunnel, whilst also being just a 2 minute walk from Howdon Metro Station. As well as our courses we also take referral's from "Working Links" for anyone unemployed and seeking to start a new career. Hands on Training is an approved training provider and has accreditation to offer qualifications on behalf of the NOCN. All our courses are practical hands on and there is no classroom study. Theory work is important, but we believe the best place to do this in the comfort of your own home. With the paperwork that we supply you, and books that we can advise you on, we feel this to be the best option.

While we all enjoy dipping into the free lessons on YouTube, there’s simply no replacement for having just 1 or 2 teachers providing structure and direction. We feel strongly that our Foundation course gives the most solid and thorough grounding available on the internet and have taught hundreds of people to play since we launched in 2011.
