Mark is a chartered chemical engineer specialising in health and safety with experience in oil and gas, government services and defence. He holds a PhD and Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. He is a recognised leader in diversity and inclusion in the engineering and construction industry. He is chair and co-founder of InterEngineering, an organisation which connects, informs and empowers LGBT+ engineers and supporters. Under Mark’s leadership, the organisation has become the leading organisation addressing LGBT+ inclusion in the engineering and construction sector engaging prominent engineering institutes and employers, with a membership of over 500 engineers. Mark authored a report for the UK Government on tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying in engineering and is working with the UK Government on implementation of the recommended measures.

Welcome to our website. We would like to share with you a little bit about our organisation. We worked many years as an informal network of volunteers since 2009 in the field of educating the Turkish community around the UK. We have come to a point where we need more structural basis and formal ground to keep our activities intact. In 2016 December, we decided to start The Foundation of Light, Spirituality and Arts as a non-profit organisation as an organic continuation of our volunteer activities.

A thriving and dynamic space, we provide and maintain a range of creative opportunities in the heart of the City, including: 100 affordable artists’ studios two public galleries around 12 free exhibitions per year Alongside our exhibition programme, we put on a range of regular community events which are open to everyone. We deliver flexible and robust advice to organisations on these issues, harnessing our legal expertise.Colleen founded Ardea in 2010 (back then CLT-Envirolaw) with the vision to harness her niche legal expertise in order to help companies understand how to meet their legal obligations for sustainability and business and human rights and create progressive voluntary best practice standards. Tackling modern slavery in supply chains and communities is a key passion of hers. Colleen is a tri-qualified solicitor with over 25 years’ legal and commercial experience of working with businesses and NGOs across sectors at both a strategic and operational level. She provides training to both directors and employees on human rights, modern slavery and sustainability issues. Colleen has a LLM (with distinction) in Environmental Law from the University of Aberdeen. She is recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a leading environmental law practitioner. Colleen is a fellow of IEMA and a fellow at the Centre for the Study of Modern Slavery, St Mary’s University. Twickenham. She is also an independent legal consultant and consults with Re:Links Colleen’s indefatigable passion for combating human trafficking, led her to found the not-for-profit organisation Finance Against Trafficking. Colleen lectures on business and human rights and environmental issues at Birkbeck School of Law. Recently she taught on an MBA programme at the University of Pisa on responsible business practices and modern slavery transparency in supply chains and teaches on sustainable supply chains at the University of Westminster. She has spoken widely on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, modern slavery and sustainable business.

We were established in 2012. We give writers and other creatives a platform and community to feel supported, nurtured and evolve their work through the creative pipeline, from start to publication. The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of our members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice. The Society plays an important role within the profession of hypnotherapy in the UK and in 2013 the Society was the first (and to date the only) solely Hypnotherapy organisation to gain Accredited Register status with the Professional Standards Authority AR programme. As an Accredited Register holder we meet the robust and exacting standards set by the Professional Standards Authority with particular emphasis on public safety and assuring that the best interests of the clients are protected. The National Hypnotherapy Society believes that all Accredited Registers should be seen as equal. To this end, we were instrumental in gaining recognition within the NHS for all Accredited Registers. NHS Employers has added content encouraging the use and detailing the benefits of Accredited Registers. We are a not for profit organisation and the high standards of our Accredited Register are externally verified by the Professional Standards Authority. The organisation is bound by appropriate rules of governance including a constitution, codes of ethics, and a complaints procedure.
