As a fully accredited training organisation, our forklift operator and industrial plant operator courses are always delivered to comply with guidance published by ITSSAR, (Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register). ITSSAR is a founder member of the ABA Workplace Transport 2012 body, who regulate the industry. All of our instructors are fully accredited, and regularly undergo personal development training to keep up to date with latest regulations and guidance. All training is designed to fully comply with current guidance published by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive). We pride ourselves in delivering training that is involving, practical, and engaging. We offer training courses for novice operators, experienced operators, and those who need to undertake a refresher course to keep their certification current. HSE guidance advises employers that refresher training should be undertaken every 3-5 years, dependent on levels of supervision. Founded by Cliff Bura in 2008, Diesel Gym was born in an area steeped in a rich combat sports history – London’s East End. Throughout its existence it has prided itself in developing international competitors and champions across all of disciplines its practices – true “school of excellence”. From its Muay Thai practice which grew from the legendary Grandmaster Sken’s Sitnarong camp to Eddie Bravo’s world famous 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system (a no-gi specific grappling system designed specifically for MMA and utilised consistently by many competitors in promotions such as the UFC, Bellator and ONE Championship). Its wrestling practice and system is one Diesel has developed throughout the years to succeed in the MMA arena. All our Martial Arts practices are supported by Excel Strength & Conditioning who are there to build and maintain strong healthy athletes. While Physical Defence Physiotherapy are there as our inhouse physiotherapy support to bring members back to full fitness when needed. Despite Diesel’s long and successful competitive history, the majority of its members train for purely fitness, self defence or personal development reasons. Complete beginners are welcomed and nurtured as importantly as its professional athletes in a true community spirit. In 2019, Diesel Gym became a non-profit organisation, investing profits back in to its own community projects in Newham in areas such as sports for all, mental health wellbeing and youth crime.

The organisation is working hard on widening partnership with local and national organisations in order to more effectively fight poverty and education inequality leading to many negative factors in the society. Our organisation is strongly aiming to fight the poverty and initial disadvantage regarding education and getting necessary skills. The organisation is promoting decrease in initial social and educational disadvantage along with gaining by beneficiaries’ necessary life and working skills to improve their lives and step out from poverty via fair paid work and education. Our mission Advice and information work that supports disadvantaged communities to access mainstream services and/or provides solutions to their immediate needs. Make needed information about ‘what is going on’ accessible to anyone at the way of better understanding. This include a local news about existing projects, possibility get support from local authorities. Our aims To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people in the united kingdom who are socially excluded on the grounds of their ethnic origin, religion, belief or creed to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society, in particular by: 1. Providing a local network group that encourages and enables members of community to participate more effectively with the wider community; 2. Increasing, or coordinating, opportunities for members of the community to engage with service providers, to enable those providers to adapt services to better meet the needs of that community. 3. Providing training and educational opportunities in order to help the said community to find work.
