The Develop Us team is passionate about developing the skills of individuals within Wales. We believe in equality and aim to provide equal opportunities through supporting individuals with additional learning needs and complex behaviours by offering assessment, tuition and support in various settings. We offer a range of services including: Educational Courses Courses for family members aimed at raising their awareness of additional learning needs and developing appropriate skills to be able to support their relative with additional learning needs; Courses for practitioners working with service users, such as health and social care sector practitioners. This will develop their understanding of additional learning needs as part of their job role; Training will be provided to any organisation and support group that is willing to offer an inclusive environment for people with additional learning needs. I am very proud to be the Headteacher of St Peter’s and I welcome you to our website. St Peter’s is a community that supports one another through life experience and academic learning, and ensures every member feels individually valued. Our Catholic ethos permeates throughout the school in how we treat each other and we value the opportunities for personal and community reflection that stems from celebrating being ‘Christ to all’. Our students are wonderful – they are hardworking, well-behaved and enjoy spending time with each other and our staff. We work in a positive culture using consistent procedures and excellent systems. We are very proud of the quality of care students receive alongside their academic education and strive to make all students’ time at school some of the happiest times of their lives. Educasia started in 2008 as a replication of the successful program The Curriculum Project. Our Vision The Curriculum Department of Thabyay works for a future with: A society offering relevant and equal educational opportunities for all Active citizens with appropriate knowledge and skills to participate in the peaceful development of their communities and society Educasia’s Mission Educasia supports the development of post-secondary and adult education initiatives in Myanmar. Its focus is on non-formal groups working for positive social change and development. Thabyay’s Curriculum Department prepares and distributes contest-appropriate curricular materials and teacher training. It focuses on preparing adult learners from marginalized communities in Myanmar for effective participation in developing their communities, and for further education. The Curriculum Department currently operates two programs: Educasia works to support the development of non-government post-secondary and adult education initiatives in Myanmar. Educasia’s objectives include: Enabling students in post-secondary and adult education to develop the skills and knowledge required to participate effectively in the development of their communities, and pursue meaningful further education. Building the capacity of teachers in low-resource post-secondary and adult education to develop student-centered teaching skills and create active analytical learning environments. Supporting post-secondary and adult education programs, in both formal and informal settings, to develop and implement effective context-appropriate curricula and syllabi which prepare learners to participate effectively in the development of their communities, and pursue meaningful further education. The Curriculum Project’s objectives are broadly similar to Educasia, except that the program works with Myanmar populations (refugees, exiles, and migrants) based along Myanmar’s borders.

We also offer B2B membership services to help small businesses grow.Ethical Brand Directory (EBD) is the home to a curated range of independent ethical fashion and beauty brands, and the place to find information resources that helps connect, educate, and inspire people (and businesses) to become more active citizens that are respectful to people and the planet. The Directory was founded in 2017, primarily to showcase a curated collection of ethical fashion and ethical beauty brands, but it quickly evolved into something far bigger. Brands are checked against criteria that include ethical, sustainable, circular, regenerative, and charitable business practices. We also recognise that vegan consumers and non-vegan brands regard ethics in different ways and we remain inclusive, offering a place for those who can demonstrate ethical practices towards both people and animals. All of our brands are carefully selected by our founder Roberta Lee with the style-conscious consumer in mind., so they not only have strong values but look great too. Ethical Brand Directory was set up after the frustration our founder Roberta Lee experienced trying to find ethically produced clothing that didn’t compromise on aesthetics. She found that her clients wouldn’t switch to ethical brands unless it was easy. Roberta also noticed the number of brands she discovered didn’t last long, and would go out of business after 1-3 years. Saddened by this, she was determined to find a way to help them. In 2019 she started to offer a variety of support to ethical businesses, and provide opportunities to help them grow.
