The exemplary work of the academy is shared with other schools and academies locally, nationally and internationally. Cranford has played a key role in London's Gold Club, as a ‘Leading Edge’ academy, with the SSAT, PiXL and Challenge Partners networks and in association with the ‘National College for Teaching & Leadership’, just to name a few. Students and staff also benefit from its projects with partners such as the Institute of Physics, the British Council, various embassies and key universities. It is always amazing to reflect upon the enormous range of curricular and extra-curricular events, activities, trips and enrichment opportunities that have helped to develop and realise the potential and the differing talents that exist within our student and staff population. The success of the academy is due to the dedicated staff that make all these things happen and to students, parents, partner organisations, alumni and ‘friends of Cranford’ who participate so enthusiastically and work so hard for success. In this way, Cranford works together as a united and harmonious team to achieve such amazing results and create so many opportunities. I remain extremely proud of the academy, its students and its community. Cranford continues to find creative ways to excel in spite of various challenging circumstances, most notably in recent years being the impact of the pandemic on young people, deprived communities and on the costs for schools/academies.

We offer customised training opportunities on a range of open courses for a wide variety of job and life skills opportunities through one-to-one learning support, individual learning plan, progress reviews and advice and guidance. We have delivered programmes ranging from privately funded courses to ESA, EFA 16-18, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Advanced Learning Loan and Adult Education contracts from entry level 1 to level 7. Our excellence in quality assurance, leadership, and project management have enabled the sustainability of our business, timely completion of our learners' courses and in getting to their destinations. Zurbel Training works with local communities such as the Job Centre Plus, Connexions, Advice & Guidance and the Outreach Team in making sure candidates are guided on the right path. With the support of our centre partners, courses are now delivered closer to learners' vicinity within their community. They also have the opportunity to study from home via our online E-portfolio assessment system. On completion, all our learners supported with progression route into further education or employment, where we offer them workshop activities on their CV writing, confidence building and job interviews techniques. General feedback from stakeholders i.e learners, employers, staff and funders have been so encouraging, in seeing learners achieving their aims. Our main aim is to increase our provisions to the hard to reach target group in the country and to secure direct funding.

The Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe (or RGS for short) is a selective day and boarding grammar school for boys aged 11-18 situated in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We became an Academy in February 2011. As a state school we do not charge fees for day students to attend, but they must pass an entrance exam, the Buckinghamshire Grammar Schools Secondary Transfer Test (known colloquially as the 11+). Fees apply for boarding, although the education remains state-funded. Our facilities are exceptional and the Oxbridge entry is in the vanguard of the state sector. For the last twenty years, the school has produced top class exam results, both at GCSE and A-level, surpassing many of its fee-paying competitors.
