The courses, seminars, lectures and conferences at the Leadership Training Centre are designed and facilitated to support the formation and development of Christian leaders in their various practice of ministry. The Certificate in Ministerial Studies(CIMS) courses are open to Pastors and Church leaders from all Christian denominations. CIMS courses provide learning opportunities for effective Christian service within and beyond the local church. We continue to work in partnership with a selected number of theological institutions and organisations such as The Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education, the Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS) and the Association of Christian Counsellors’ (ACC)). Partnership with PTS enables us to facilitate a Certificate Programme for Church Leaders and a UK MDiv cohort which should appeal to those who wish to advance their theological studies particularly in our Pentecostal tradition. The CIMS course, Helping People in Crises, for example, has been extended to incorporate the ACC acclaimed ‘Pastoral Care Foundation Course’ and provide an opportunity for those with a heart for pastoral care to sharpen their perspective and skills to become more effective in the care of people in their churches and local communities. We welcome every Pastor and key leader within the New Testament Church of God and other denominations to take advantage of our provision to enrich your personal and ministerial development and enhance your practice of ministry.

MINI PROFESSORS "Science is all around us, in everything we see." Mini Professors is an innovative, interactive and fun science class that will open up a whole new world of scientific adventure to your child. Our classes are suitable for children from 2 years old up until they go to school. At Mini Professors, we aim to inspire a generation. We believe that science should be accessible to all. As with languages, children can easily absorb and learn science from an early age. That is why we endeavour to always use the correct scientific terminology but explain scientific principles in simple terms with fun experiments. We encourage our Mini Professors to explore for themselves and interact as much as possible. Every week we cover a new and exciting topic and each lesson is packed full of experiments, singing, stories and loads of fun. Our exciting topics include the brain, bubbles, electricity, flight, evolution, maths, dinosaurs, fossils, butterflies, weird science just to name a few. At EarthCraftuk we have over 12 years experience delivering a variety of nature based programmes including: Forest School Leader Training, Woodland Skills Continued Professional Development Workshops, school visits, youth accredited engagement programmes and experiential Forest School programmes; witnessing first-hand the transformational effects experiences in the natural world can have on the physical and mental health and wellbeing of all participants, and the fulfilling career paths it can often open up for adult participants. At a time when we on average spend 90% of our time indoors, our work at Earthcraftuk is driven by the evidenced impact of being in nature. Green spaces promote physical activity, social interaction, exposure to sunlight and reduced pollution, which all boost health in various ways, including reduced levels of stress and anxiety, aided sleep and a feeling of connectedness with the world, and one another. We have trained over 400 participants on Forest School qualification programmes; worked with a number of community groups; supported school and youth experiential and accredited programmes and also developed a Campfire Management Award for Kent County Council and now also working with Veterans on our Health & Wellbeing programme called Veteran Trees We are very grateful to use stunning private woodland owned by the Dawes family of Mount Ephraim Gardens – a philanthropic family who support our mission.

Training will demonstrate how to plan a trip, read maps and schedules, recognize bus stops, pay fares, practice rider safety and more. How to Ride Training sessions are free and open to the public. I offer a helping hand to human and horses based on respect, calmness and safety. I have an open minded view on things and make contact to support without judgement. It often happens that a horse has recovered from an injury and the vet gives green light to slowly pick up the physical work again but how that can be done best, especially with a horse who thinks it can do everything again, is often a challenge. There are a lot of things to think about: what is the physical, mental and emotional situation of the horse at that moment. What does he need in physical work, groundwork or riding to help him recover. I can help you draw up a plan to help your horse become a healthy and happy horse again. Besides my sessions with your horse I will guide you through practical tips and tricks as giving you the tools to help your horse is one of my main goals. Knowing your horse and understanding him really well is not always easy. I can guide you to be more aware of the subtle signs he is giving you as being a better listener for your horse will help you to fine tune your work. By carefully observing and acknowledging these signs I can work on short term visible results with horse and owner.

Hi my name is Petra Lewis and I am a personal trainer and fitness professional with a passion for nutrition. January 2016 I was introduced to the incredible world of food fermentation. I thought I will give it a go to help my husband with his stomach issues. Basically he was going through a bottle of Gavascon a week. 4 – 6 weeks later he had noticed a dramatic improvement to the point his last bottle of Gavascon is still unopened in the cupboard. The following summer we also noticed that my son and husband who used to suffer with hay fever suddenly had improved dramatically. Personally I no longer suffer from the dreaded sugar cravings that I am sure most can relate to. We had improved our general health including upset stomach, colds and viruses. Most of all I feel very satisfied that my family now have healthy happy gut! Being passionate about it I have decided to start doing the workshops to give you the opportunity to try it out and learn how to make it all for your own health benefits. I am so glad I got myself into Fermenting as I love the taste and see the health benefits for myself and my family. I am sure this will open up a wealth of health opportunities for you.
