Alison jayne School of Dance has been running in Henley on Thames and Sonning Common Since 2002. All classes are taught by myself, Miss Alison. I trained at Gravesham College of Performing Arts and The Centre. Whilst at college I gained my ISTD teaching exams for Imperial Ballet, Modern Dance, Tap and National and also my BATD Stage and Ballet teaching certificates. I then went on to gain experience teaching at other schools in London, Tunbridge Wells and Farncombe and after moving to Berkshire I decided it was time to open up and expand my own school.
With the help of our cheery mascot doll ‘Jo’ our specially trained and experienced class teachers run the most popular and established music and movement classes across the UK, Ireland and now Australia! Lasting 30 to 45 minutes, our structured and interactive music and movement classes offer a fantastic educational activity for children from three months to five years of age.
