workplace health & safety training as well as boat chartering. Being situated
within the historical maritime town of Falmouth, one of the largest and most
beautiful natural working harbours in the world, the local waters of the Fal
Estuary provide one of the most versatile and picturesque locations for
watersports in Europe.
FTS is at the forefront of training in the Southwest and is the only provider in
Cornwall who can offer all the MCA STCW elements required for the complete Basic
and Advanced STCW courses all delivered at our purpose built fire training
facility or in the local waters of Falmouth. We are the training centre of
choice for a lot of companies for a large range of other MCA courses.
The STCW qualification is the minimum employment requirement for any seafarer
working within a commercial role and this course has five elements. We also
offer the advanced fire training, the relevant update training courses and other
high level MCA courses required for training officers.
