My Bearwood Yoga Classes create a space for you to focus on your well-being, in
both body and mind. A time in the day to make yourself a priority and leave
feeling great! There are no expectations, you don’t need to be bendy or look a
certain way. It’s all about turning up, breathing, doing what you can and
feeling part of a community. We don’t take things too seriously, so expect some
giggles along the way. Whether that’s in a class, as a private session or even
practising with your children!
