chequers netball club
The Club was started by three old college friends who were finding it very hard
to find a netball team in the Croydon area. Once they discovered the Croydon
Netball League, Chequers was born. The team started with girls who just wanted
to increase fitness and have fun. ince the creation of Chequers the club has
enjoyed success and continuous growth year after year and much of this is a
direct result of the culture, which has been installed into the club from the
very beginning. We believe that by enjoying our netball and each other’s company
we can continue to prosper both on and off the court.
