My name is Emma Hall and I have been working in the natural healing therapy field for over twenty years and my aim is the help people experience deep relaxation, heal and to know their true nature. For at least 10 years I have worked remotely and it is now my predominant way of working, generally via zoom for one to one and group sessions. It works equally well to in person. I have clients from all over the world.You may not have heard of some of the therapies I offer but I specialise in treatments that work as efficiently and effectively as possible and am confident I can offer a service that will help you. Biofield tuning has become my most popular offering and I trained in person with Eileen McCusick. I now also offer training in using Tuning Forks - Freedom Tuning© I also hold regular sound healing events in Higham Ferrers and and a regular online group Biofield Tuning. In addition to Biofield Tuning I also hold qualifications in Reflexology, Spiritual Response Therapy, Radiesthesia, Naet (allergy elimination). Before working in the therapy field I worked overseas in tourism and have been a countryside ranger and community development officer using nature and food growing as a modality for therapy.  " I have a down to earth and compassionate approach when working  with clients and always do my best to help clients feel relaxed, welcome and supported"

Karen Lawrence is mum to seven children. She lives with her family in Billericay, Essex. Karen brings a wealth of skills and experience to helping people relax and discover their inner freedom. Karen Lawrence at her studio When Karen isn’t practising Yoga, giving therapies, or being a Mum, she enjoys swimming outdoors, writing, walking, spending time in nature, knitting, crocheting and chilling out with friends. Karen studied English Literature at University many years ago. She loves writing, reading and poetry, and she often finds inspiration for yoga classes in poems and quotations. Karen loves teaching people in all stages of life how to relax and feel better. She is also in her element supporting pregnant women and new mums. Karen Lawrence holds a Yoga Alliance recognised specialist qualification as a Yin and Restorative Yoga Instructor. She has also completed full training recognised by the Federation of Antenatal Educators which qualifies her to teach Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mother and Baby Yoga. Karen is a qualified professional Reflexologist, specialising in holistic therapy for pregnancy, menopause and women’s health. She has completed accredited training in Closing the Bones and Postnatal Recovery Massage. Karen holds a qualification in Aromatherapy for Birth. She has trained with MAM as a Three Step Rewind practitioner. She is a qualified Baby Massage instructor and a trained sound therapist. Karen is a Registered Midwife and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor), although she is no longer actively working in these roles. She is currently working part time as a registered health professional in the Covid 19 vaccinations programme. Karen believes in a gentle, holistic and compassionate approach to yoga, parenting and life in general. Yoga and meditation have helped her cope with some of the challenges of being a midwife, a health visitor, a mother and simply a human being. Karen loves to care for carers. Karen has a daughter with special needs. She knows all about the pressures of caring for others, both personally and professionally. Karen understands how important it is for carers to be able to rest and relax. Many people with heavy caring responsibilities come to The Calm Space for rest, empathy and relaxation.

At the center we hold 10 week courses for Puppy and Adult dogs. The ten week dog training classes progressing to beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels. At the centre we have large indoor and outdoor facilities which include consultation rooms for private lessons. Here we can help you with dog behavioural problems individually. We also provide home visits to help you with your dogs behavioural problems that may exist at home. At Rockwood we train and supply animals for the film and TV Industry, including modelling, advertising, theatre and can provide Britains leading dog display team for outdoor events. Many of the dogs that we supply have come through our dog training centre. Some of the dogs work their way through our courses and go on to join the Rockwood Dog Display Team. The Team are ranked the UKs leading dog demonstration team and have performed all over the UK including Royal Events, Military Shows and Crufts. The Rockwood Dog Display Team have also work on corporate events and have had countless TV appearances. They impress the audience with their skills of Obedience, Agility, Man Work and tricks, all beautifully performed to music. It is particularly important with the nature of our work that all the dogs look in tip top condition. At our Grooming parlour in Llanbradach, Ellen Winfield insures that all the film dog are looking their best. Ellen is a City and guild qualified groomer and offers dog grooming and cat grooming for all breeds of dogs and cats at her salon. Ellen offers a high quality service, checking the dogs ears ,eyes and nails. Rockwood Grooming Parlor offers a pick up and delivery service.

Wildcraft Adventure is a 3 hour outdoor gaming session offering children a space to come together, to play and to reconnect with nature. On Monday morning we will meet outside the school gates at 9 a.m. sharp and then move into the woodland games zone. Children must bring their own water bottles, however we will provide drinks and snacks will be available throughout the morning. Please be advised that we are a nut free zone. The cost of the session is £25 per child. Places for this course are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. The Ella Dawson Foundation was established as a legacy to Ella Dawson and the life she lived well and to continue the work she started in helping other young adults with a cancer diagnosis Ella was a successful 24 year old aspiring artist with a great passion for travel, nature, yoga and love for life and people! In August 2019, whilst travelling in Colombia, shortly after graduating from Newcastle University, Ella was diagnosed with PH+ ALL, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer. In 2019, to help others who found themselves with a similar diagnosis, Ella created a successful blog of her health journey including advice on nutrition, exercise and staying positive during treatment. The Ella Dawson Foundation provides a safe supportive and uplifting space where young adults with cancer, and their families, can access tailored physical, psychological, emotional, nutritional, wellbeing support within a welcoming and like – minded community.
