BEAUTIFUL SOUL, I'M SO GLAD YOU'VE LANDED HERE. TRUST THAT YOU'RE HERE FOR A REASON.  Welcome. I hope this marks the beginning of a transformative journey for you.  My name is Sally, and I discovered energy healing when I was seeking solace for my own struggles with poor mental health. I came to a point on my path where I felt that if I did not heal, I may not survive here on Earth. So, I sought healing through yoga, meditation and lifestyle changes, which led me to energy healing, sound healing, light language, plant medicine, nature and community. What I didn’t anticipate, was that I would be strongly called to train and offer healing for others. I answered the call. I believe that my many dances with darkness and my own healing journey have provided me with the experience and initiations required to work with energy, support others, listen to, and truly emphasise with the tremendous pain that one can feel when navigating dark or unsettling periods of life. I am still healing, evolving and learning, but these practices have truly transformed my life, so I feel incredibly honoured to share them with you.  Energy healing can support us on our path in a myriad of ways. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, at a cross-roads, or struggling with poor self-image, self-worth, indecision, or illness, energy healing can help us to find balance, clarity and encourage our body’s natural ability to heal.  It can also offer us so much more. Embarking on a healing journey can help us to reconnect with our soul purpose, our reason for being here on earth at this time. It can support us in recovering our gifts and passions, and help us to find our inner fire so that we can share them with others, or step more fully into who we truly are.  You hold so much knowledge and wisdom inside of you, but so many of us have forgotten how to tap into our inner truth or connect to our intuition. I create sacred spaces and ceremony, so that you can remember who you are. To reawaken your inner fire, release trauma, and connect to likeminded souls in beautiful community.  We do not need to walk this path alone, and it would be my honour to connect with and support you on this strange, remarkable, and joyous journey through life.

Megan Beth Personal Training

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, fitness lover, nature rambler and cat Mum. I support people like you to get fitter, stronger and happier. I believe fitness can be part of your life, fitting into any busy lifestyle. I aim to make fitness and nutrition less complicated, educating and empowering you to make healthy choices. I have a passion for helping people and will cheer you on as you find the best version of yourself. I am 27 years old and I have lived my whole life in Edinburgh, Scotland. For the last five years I’ve been a qualified Occupational Therapist working in the NHS. I have worked in an array of services from Mental Health, Paediatrics to Over 65’s. I always knew I wanted to do more to help people change their lives through health and fitness. I initially got into fitness in my final years of university, being fed up of the sedentary lifestyle I was leading. I remember not knowing where to start, feeling lost and intimidated by the gym environment. I started workouts from home, improving my fitness and confidence in my living room. I soon decided I wanted to try something different, so I got an online programme to follow, making the return to the gym much easier. It was then I found a love for weight training, and it wasn’t long before I invested in a Personal Trainer myself to teach me correct technique, keep me accountable and support my journey to achieving my goals. Now I want to help you do the same! Whether you choose to work with me online or in person, I want to share with you my passion for health and fitness and help you fall in love with the process!

Seah Wraye

seah wraye

Seah is a Diviner, Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Coach and Mentor. She has been referred to as a "Choreographer of Energies" Since childhood she has known herself to walk between "the worlds" so Seah considers herself a "straddler of realms". She's down-to-earth, free-spirited, soul-directed, warm, welcoming, assertive and direct. Seah creates and holds powerful sacred healing spaces in which each can not only feel but also know, that they're safe to drop deeply into themselves because they're being securely and lovingly held. Seah access sacred energies by connecting with the divine creative, natural and universal forces, ascended ancestors and the compassionate spiritual allies who have chosen and who continue to choose to work with and through her. As a channel for divination and soul healing, Seah is governed by her ancestral allies whose embodied tutelage requires her to ceaselessly attend experientially to her personal healing; through which she's able to assist and support you with healing yourself. "We are born with the capacity to heal ourselves therefore I am not the healer. You are." As a Practitioner I divine and facilitate healing and support in various forms for individuals who arrive seeking help with personal issues/challenges/maladies regarding their physical, emotional, relationship, home and environmental health. I also support the dying - those about to transition - and those who have transitioned from the physical yet require healing and support in order to move on from our Earthly realms. The true healing journey is an individual one which requires strong desire, commitment and personal responsibility for one's life and choices. No one can do this for you. However, we can support you while you heal. I"m down to earth, compassionate, warm, open, direct, expressive and welcoming by nature and this is also how I am with clients.

Phantom's Legacy

phantom's legacy

London

He was an amazing horse who was a complete gentleman with a wicked sense of humour. He was extremely intelligent and very good at reading emotions and feelings; he was gentle and understanding however if you didn’t have a clue, he was capable of giving you a run for your money. He taught us the need for patience and that things in life cannot always be rushed. Over the years, through watching family and friends engaging with him we noticed how his behaviour changed to suit the approaches of the different people he came in contact with. If you were nervous then he was calm, if you were sad he could make you smile. However if you thought you knew more than you actually did, then he wasn’t long in letting you know how wrong you were. His loving and loyal nature made everyone feel at ease and showed us all the benefits of being around horses. Sadly, at the age of 28, after 24 years being part of Wilma’s family and Janis’s friend, he passed over the rainbow bridge. Phantom Our inspiration for Phantom's Legacy We had discussed for many years the possibility of opening a centre to provide therapy and education using horses. From our experience of being around Phantom and his best buddy Basil, we felt this could be possible. We talked a lot about it but never took it any further as we always found some reason not to. Phantom’s passing gave us the kick that we needed as we suddenly realised life is too short not to take the opportunity to help others experience what we learned from Phantom. In attempting to find a fitting memorial we decided that it was time to follow our dreams and keep his memory alive, Phantom’s Legacy was born.

I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience working in facilitation, personal development, training design and delivery, coaching and wellbeing. I teach yoga, mindfulness and stress management techniques to help people thrive, especially when life is complex and demanding. My passion is helping people live happy and fulfilling lives, do what they love, and make a difference in the world. We all face challenges in a fast-paced world. I work to create moments of stillness and connection that allow you space to breathe and just be. From this place you are free to think clearly and get your life working in the way you want. Whether working with individuals, groups or corporate clients, compassion is at the heart of what I do. I believe that self-care can be a radical act that transforms our relationship to the world and our place within it, through nurture, rest and deep healing. I know that profound change can happen kindly, through thoughtful enquiry and values-based action. My work is grounded in the integrity of many years of personal practice, study and experience. This in turn supports the values-driven foundation for my work in social and educational inclusion, with a particular focus on equality and inclusion in higher education. I also have experience in facilitating learning across a wide range of settings including schools, universities and workplaces. Rachel Hearne Jewellery

rachel hearne jewellery

Lancaster

I am a goldsmith, an artist, a craftsperson, a dreamer and a maker. I take great pride in being part of a long chain of makers who have carried on the tradition of handmade jewellery. The permanence, longevity and portability of jewellery provides a rich history in the story of being human. I am proud that my work is part of so many stories of love, celebration and joy. My work is influenced by the play of line and form found in nature and architecture. I enjoy exploring the drama of mixed materials, textures, and surface treatments in my work. I use these influences to create pieces that are contemporary and will stand the test of time. All of my designs are made in my studio in the UK. I specialise in small batch production runs meaning that my work is never mass-produced and is crafted with my own hands. I also offer bespoke commission pieces for those in search of unique and personal items to commemorate special occasions and life events. See my blog page for more details of bespoke work. ETHICS As a human, a mother and a maker I endeavour to be as environmentally responsible as I can in all my practices. This means using recycled precious metal in all my designs, sourcing precious gems through ethical suppliers and using packaging made of FSC Eco materials. I aim to keep business and workshop waste at an absolute minimum, I recycle everything I can and I use no harsh chemicals in my processes. All that said I am not perfect but I do my very best to be responsible. I keep myself educated and informed about what best options are available to me as a maker and promote those ideas and ethics onto my customers and students.

Better Community Development

better community development

Since 1981, BCD has served the disadvantaged of Little Rock’s 12th Street Corridor. BCD, Inc. began as Black Community Developers. It was initially an outreach program of Theressa Hoover Memorial United Methodist Church. In 2010, BCD became Better Community Development. This name change served to reflect the inclusive nature of BCD’s programs. In 1992, Rev. Dr. William H. Robinson, Jr. formed the Fighting Back Initiative. Funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and an alliance with the City of Little Rock made the program possible. In later years, it would evolve into the Neighborhood Support Center. State, federal, and private support along with a half-cent tax were the primary sources of funding. As a result of a partnership with the City and HUD, the Hoover Treatment Center was created. The Center provides outpatient and residential services for people with substance abuse problems. The Center also includes a homeless shelter, an HIV/AIDS ministry, job training, and permanent and supportive housing. Not only do BCD’s programs impact the lives of individuals but extend into the community’s infrastructure. Building affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income families makes a great impact south of 630. The Affordable Housing Program is certified by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority to provide monthly homebuyer-education courses. Participants become eligible for state grants to assist with home-buying costs. Instructors are volunteers from four area banks who assess the curriculum. Today, BCD is expanding its reach and vision to include even more important challenges facing the city. Its latest expansion, the Empowerment Center, houses a state-licensed treatment program and permanent housing for people with special needs. It provides a revitalized facility for career, life skills, and technology training. It also focuses on environmental issues right in the heart of the same neighborhood where BCD was created.
