The only child of his parents, he grew up in Sutton, Surrey. He first attended Blue Firs nursery and then on to Collingwood School in Wallington, Surrey. Tobi, as he was known to his friends, excelled at Collingwood making many friends and participating in all aspects of school life. He learnt how to play a variety of musical instruments including the recorder, piano, drums and the cello. He participated in several school concerts at venues such as Fairfield in Croydon and The Royal Albert Hall, London. He then went on to Whitgift School for boys, South Croydon for his secondary school education. He excelled academically obtaining 6 A stars and 5 A’s for his O levels. From an early age he had an aptitude for numbers, he subsequently became an excellent mathematician achieving A star in GCSE Mathematics a year early. Whitgift School gave him the opportunity to further develop his musical skills. He studied music for GCSE and continued playing both the Cello and Drums. He was a member of the Whitgift school String Symphonia and other groups. He represented the school on many occasions in concerts. He was working towards his Grade 7 in Drums and Grade 5 in Cello at the time of his early departure.

Multi-award winning Pigfoot Theatre tell stories about the climate and ecological crisis, with the least carbon impact possible. An associate company of English Touring Theatre (ETT), our work ‘practises what it preaches’ (The Sunday Times on Pigfoot) and protests within an industry which, in London alone, has a carbon footprint of 50,000 tonnes a year. Our bike-powered family comedy ‘How To Save A Rock’ has toured with ETT to Northern Stage and Theatre By The Lake, with Battersea Arts Centre & Found in Music, and with support from Slung Low to the Albany, Camden People’s Theatre, Poplar Union, the Pound Arts Centre, and more. HOT IN HERE (an energy-generating dance party), co-produced by the Gate Theatre, commissioned and supported by Camden People's Theatre, toured across the UK in Autumn 2022 to venues including Theatre by the Lake, York Theatre Royal, MAST Southampton, the North Wall Arts Centre, the egg Bath, mac Birmingham, ARC Stockton Arts Centre, Nonsuch Studios, and Contact Manchester. Our new show, Hostile Environments, supported by Boundless Theatre’s Accelerator programme, will begin development in 2023. We have also run workshops, delivered sustainability consultancy, and run engagement programmes for organisations including the National Theatre, Southbank Centre, Rambert, HOME Manchester, and Guildhall School of Speech and Drama. Pigfoot began in Oxford, producing site-specific work by the River Thames and at the Oxford Playhouse. Wildcats Theatre School is a theatre school based in Stamford with classes across the South Lincolnshire, Rutland and Peterborough areas. The school offers part time classes to those aged 2-16, children's parties and entertainment and a full programme of educational holiday activities. The school have excellent pass rates in LAMDA (London Academy for Music and Dramatic Arts) Musical Theatre and Acting examinations. At Wildcats ‘Every child is an individual’ - with an emphasis on building confidence and self esteem as well as performing arts skills. Wildcats holds ‘Recognised School Status’ with CDET ‘Council for Dance Education and Training’ and has won numerous awards in the local community. Wildcats is all about having fun, making friends, developing confidence and being part of an amazing team of children, young people and adults who are part of the school. Our students come from every possible performing arts background - whilst some have experience on the stage, others have enjoyed singing, dance or drama at home - but for some, it is their first taste of the world of performing arts. Whatever a child's ability or experience they are welcome at Wildcats - we will work with each individual child to develop and achieve their own potential. We also welcome children who are looking for new ways to help increase confidence in school and everyday life. We have lots of girls and boys who have developed huge improvements in confidence through attendance at classes and this can be a great boost in terms of academic achievement in school.

I am a self employed artist, tutor and workshop leader. My personal working practice is figurative, incorporating my own dance movement language and working from other models and figurative imagery in the out comes of drawing, mixed media, art works, painting and printmaking. I have recently began to explore sculptural mediums and working with clay and throwing on the wheel. I am particularly inspired by the visual narrative gained from documentary and fashion photography and use my own and sourced photography as a visual aid. I currently I am currently teach and facilitate a regular figure and life drawing class, which is of a good standard. I enjoy tutoring adults as well as joining in with drawing and allowing others valid input into the group. I also run family Saturday morning art workshops at ocean studios which have included experimental painting and fun painting and drawing games, narrative book making, clay tiles, printing, marbling, badge making etc I also own my own portable printing press and can lead monotype, dry point etching and Collagraph print-making. I recently completed a year-long ‘defining practice’ course at the Newly School of Art and I endeavour to continue developing my own artists practice as well as working within the community in diverse ways, whilst drawing upon my wealth of experience. I am also keen to make drawn portraits of people at community street events. I continually visit and enjoy art exhibitions, live music, arts cinema, dance performance, theatre, comedy, street performance.

Since I was a little girl I have always enjoyed dancing and took part in all the dance activities in school. In 2007, I was introduced to Salsa and I absolutely loved it. Not only did I enjoy the social aspect of Salsa, dressing up and wearing heels, I also enjoyed losing weight and getting into shape. However the weight loss did not last long as I had problems with my digestive system and my weight just ballooned. In January 2011 I decided I wanted to change my life and lose weight. I heard a lot about Zumba Fitness® and joined a class and signed up to Slimming World to help me with my diet. After a few months I was addicted to Zumba® and in August 2011 I decided to train as a Zumba® Instructor. Shortly after qualifying I opened Zumba® classes in Barking and Goodmayes. The Zumba® Fitness workout gives you different styles of music such as Salsa, Reggaeton, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbria to name a few with basic dance steps that gives you a great workout while having fun and meeting new friends. To date I am a fully qualified fitness instructor, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Sports Coach. I have lost 9 stone during my weight loss journey and I am now fitting into clothes that are size 10 – 8!! I feel so happy and healthy that I now want to give something back to help others get themselves started on a path to feeling healthy again.

The kitchen is the root of it all, serving a daily menu of breakfasts and lunches that are equal parts healthy and indulgent. From daily stews and sandwiches, to cakes and mac 'n cheese, we love feeding people and creating fresh salads and smoothies that put a smile on your face and nourishment in your body. As part of the holistic experience, we built a space upstairs that is calm, nurturing, and safe; this space is the Beetroot Sauvage Wellness Centre, offering a variety of yoga classes and therapies. All classes focus on gentle movement that not only stretch and relax the body, but allow you to feel into it, explore and perform self-enquiry into your emotional and spiritual needs. A space to rest and focus inward, to thank the body, and to draw close attention to healing. Along with a weekly schedule of classes, we have a variety of therapists, whose knowledge of healing the body is rooted in their own journey, training and experience. They blend sensitivity and magic to create a safe space that allows you to honour your needs and embrace rejuvenation with full intention. In addition to our focus on the kitchen and the body, we have our little slice of heaven, our city sanctuary garden: a rustic space that you can dance in, eat in, laugh in, or bring plants and garden in. As often as possible we have musicians playing live music on Sundays and we thoroughly encourage dancing if you feel so inspired. We do!

St Benedict's is a comprehensive secondary school of about 740 boys and girls aged from 11 to 18 years. The school serves the Catholic communities of West Suffolk and Thetford and gives priority for admissions to children who are baptised Catholics, but has always welcomed others who wish to gain from and participate in the Christian life of the school. St. Benedict’s is situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and is readily accessible by car or public transport. The school has six acres of playing fields and the accommodation is spacious and under constant improvement. There are specialist suites for all subject departments. The School Library has been transformed into a Learning Resource Centre with the addition of a suite of computers. In addition to the Learning Resource Centre, there are 5 more dedicated Computer suites, making St. Benedict’s one of the best-equipped schools for ICT in the area. Remodelling the School Hall enhances our facilities for Sport, Drama and Worship, as does the addition of a Fitness Studio to enhance sport and promote healthy lifestyles. Special Needs provision is excellent, and based in a new Learning Support area. Recent extensions and improvements have included an All-weather surface for tennis, hockey, netball and 5-a-side football, an additional science room, and the new classroom block which serves as a base for year 7 and 8. Art, Drama and Music flourish and, in spite of the schools relatively small size, success on the games field is notable.

About Sound Matters was founded in 2014, following a series of conversations between Mike Edwards (climate change and sustainability expert) and Harry Coade (music producer and soundscape recordist). These conversations, which took place in London pubs, cafes and galleries, were focused on how sound and listening could be used to create more sustainable and resilient futures. Mike and Harry discovered a unique and deep synergy between their disparate areas of expertise and began to further explore how they could apply this knowledge and insight. After delivering a series of lectures at leading universities in London, Mike and Harry began working on a number of global research initiatives, and academic courses, which were designed to discover more about how sound and listening could be used to understand the political, social, economic and environmental systems shaping the world. They also began working with a number of corporate clients who were looking for new ways of engaging their staff and stakeholders with the importance of creating business practices which were sustainable for both people and planet. From humble beginnings, Sound Matters has grown into an organisation which is widely acknowledged as a global leader in the use of sound and the art of listening to help individuals and organisations understand, and help solve, the most fundamental challenges facing the world.
