Encourage | Empower | EntertainThe AVIARD vision was founded in 2008 by Amani
Simpson. Created using the words AVIATE meaning to fly and HARD meaning not
easily broken. We exist to empower young people to elevate their minds for
success through Personal Development, Digital Media and Enrichment
Opportunities. EMPOWER, ELEVATE & ENTERTAIN In 2019 we produced a powerful short
film called ‘AMANI‘ about the true inner reflections of our founder Amani who
was stabbed 7 times after intervening in a robbery. The film stars actor Joivan
Wade (Shiro’s Story, The First Purge and DC’s Doom Patrol) along with an amazing
