Outspoken Arts Scotland Ltd was formed in 1995 originally as Gala Scotland Ltd.
The Company was formed to run the former Glasgay! LGBT arts festival, which ran
from 1993-2014. The company changed its name in August 2015 to Outspoken Arts
Scotland and relocated to Paisley in 2018. The Company is funded by Creative
Scotland and Renfrewshire Council. The Company also receives commercial
sponsorship and occasional grants from various trusts and foundations.
