Fast paced CIC is a support service that offers bespoke education programs to those who need it. Principally, we seek to engage with two specific groups. Firstly, we work with vulnerable adults who suffer mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression, also severe drug or alcohol dependency. Secondly, we work with young people who are at risk of offending or criminal exploitation. We offer creative intervention projects that provide mentoring to individuals alongside regular group activities such as boxing or music production. We are truly unique in our methods to supporting our target groups. We have built four “brands” for our business that can further define and facilitate a more specific approach. People from under-represented / disadvantaged groups will have access to an innovative programme of music production activities that will help to raise the aspirations and opportunities of individuals in accessing work in the industry. Enable under-represented / disadvantaged groups to acquire new skills and knowledge in technical aspects of recording, mixing, and mastering of music products. Promoting social inclusion by removing inequalities for individual people who are predominantly from low income backgrounds and do not have the same life chances as their more privileged peers. Provide safe spaces for marginalised groups to come together for self-help, support and information exchange. Develop discrete campaigns around gender equality in the music industry Develop case studies of good practice to support diversity for circulation throughout the sector. Developing a more skilled and suitably qualified workforce - People will gain confidence, and self-esteem alongside leadership and enterprise skills. They will have opportunities to mentor their peers and be involved in the delivery of training, awareness raising workshops. IMG_2566.HEIC Welcome to ReAct Academy is a specialist theatre arts school, based in the North West of England. We offer professional training in all aspects of Drama, Musical Theatre, Dance and Music Production for all ages, from three years old through to adults. Classes are designed to cater for the individual needs of our students, encouraging confidence-building and developing skills and technique within a safe and friendly environment. Our experienced tutors are committed to giving each student a combination of expert training and an enjoyable experience. It is important to note that at ReAct Academy we believe it is vital for each student to receive individual attention. This ensures they benefit from the best experience possible whilst training with us. For this reason we have a maximum intake for our weekly classes. ReAct Academy also offer occasional workshops and masterclasses led by industry professionals. Our students regularly work towards in-house and public performances and full-scale musical productions and plays, to ensure that they experience all aspects of theatre. This also allows our students to gain a strong sense of achievement for their continued hard work and efforts.

Noise Academy was created in 2015 by Joe Townsley who is a midlands based DJ and Music producer. Joe studied Music production at Access Creative College in Lincoln and felt inspired by the innovation of the sessions and how engaged he became through the use of music technology. After completing the course, Joe went into organising Dance music events in the club scene whilst playing at many other live DJ events and festivals. Joe came across the opportunity to do some work experience with ‘Jeff Rich’ who was the main drummer for the famous ‘Status Quo’. He helped Jeff set up several Drumming workshops in primary schools across the UK and this opened Joe’s eyes to a whole new world. He felt so inspired by the workshops and a light bulb moment occurred. Dj skills in schools? This could work really well… Joe found out about the Prince’s Trust enterprise scheme and approached them with his idea. He was offered a place on the course, and with their support and guidance, Noise Academy was born. Building up from just one school, Noise Academy now work with over 50 schools every week along with facilitating holiday clubs across Christmas, Easter and Summer. Noise Academy have since been supported by Youth Music to help develop their own educational hub alongside receiving numerous awards including; CO-OP Community Champions and The AIM Local Hero Awards (BBC Music introducing) #makesomenoise “I am so lucky to have found my niche, and to be able to do something that I love every day. I started out in theater where I learned classical singing techniques. Ventured into writing my own music at the age of 14 and started my 1st band by the age of 15. From then to now I've worked with Rock, Country, Progressive, Acoustic, Heavy Metal and Blues bands. As well as musicals and show tunes. After high school I worked with my local community centre on opening and running our town's 1st music club, focusing on mentoring young bands and musicians. In my college years, while studying songwriting and music production in school I kept pursuing my vocal ambitions and began my work with more modern singing techniques and schools of thought such as SSL and CVT. After learning so much about the different aspect of voice production, new and old, popular and extreme, I decided it's time I ventured into teaching. Today I am a BAST graduate and a certified vocal coach. My hope is to enrich and guide as many like minded singers with the knowledge and experience I've accumulated over the years in a fun and exciting way! Singing is not only singing. It's acting, it's composing, and sometimes it's screaming too ;) But it's always about connecting. So drop me a line, let's connect.

oscott academy

Oscott Academy is a registered independent school that supports the learning of students in Key Stage 4 (Year 10 and 11). Oscott Academy prides itself on its pastoral approach, fostering an environment where students can develop and be part of the Oscott Academy family. We support students with diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, ADD and anxiety, in addition to those who display symptoms of SEMH. We also support vulnerable students who have struggled to learn in a mainstream setting. The school has a high level of student support with a ration of 5:1 (student to staff ratio). Oscott Academy was opened in 2014 by Stewart Dance, an experienced practitioner with over a decades experience in educational settings. Ethos Statement The ethos of Oscott Academy is that of inclusion, respect and creating a family environment where students can be part of the Oscott Academy family. We are committed to providing a service to our students who are recognised as the most important group within the school community. Staff demonstrate due consideration and respect for their students. Students' rights to voice opinions is recognised and staff will work with students to deal with their concerns. The efforts which members of staff make to improve the learning process and promote partnership will be recognised by students adopting an active role in their own learning. When dealing with difficult situations we will seek to resolve problems by mediation, respecting the feelings of all involved. Oscott Academy's approach to creating a safe, family environment has enabled students at the academy to achieve positive outcomes Post 16. All of our students move onto positive post-16. They all have impartial careers advice and support in their college/post 16 applications.
