ELM’s program is tailor-made to meet the needs of individual young people,
offering short-term/long-term, one-to-one music pro mentoring sessions, group
workshops, studio sessions, pop-up workshops, as well as volunteering and
training. ELM’s approach is young person-centered, holistically exploring each
young person’s needs, skills, abilities and future aspirations to devise a
personal development plan that includes monitoring their progress.
