Founded in 2004, the Link Centre has an excellent reputation both nationally and internationally for its wide range of in-person and online courses in counselling and psychotherapy, transactional analysis and short courses/workshops in various other topics – all delivered by passionate, informed and experienced professionals who are invested in the learning and development of students. We pride ourselves in delivering courses and workshops tailored to the needs of our students in a relaxed, comfortable yet stimulating environment in which people feel safe to learn new knowledge and skills. We deliver a range of courses at a wide range of levels, suitable for students from beginner level to advanced. Our psychotherapy and counselling courses, transactional analysis training and short courses in specific areas, such as trauma counselling or relationship counselling, are all built with the needs and goals of students in mind. Our aim is to support each student in their own learning journey and we also offer a wide range of accessible online courses that are popular both in the UK and with an international audience. Our training centre is located in the heart of the countryside, in Plumpton, East Sussex. It provides a variety of training rooms, extensive parking, and disabled access, to help meet the needs of individuals attending our courses. As well as this the centre has extensive grounds that can be enjoyed during lunch and tea breaks and various local options for overnight accommodation. We also offer in-house coaching, training and consultancy that is tailored to the needs of our customers. We work with individuals, groups, organisations, and educational establishments using the depth of our psychological knowledge, to facilitate growth, development and education.

WHO WE ARE Little Tales Yoga runs classes for children and teens (3-20) in various locations in Glasgow. We offer classes to schools, nurseries and other organisations; one to one and even online. Our Founder Lyndsey is a mother of two and a Support for Learning Worker in a primary school, so knows that life can be nonstop. Attending a course in mindfulness, prompted her to research children’s yoga as a way of combining her love of yoga and experience of working with children. Lyndsey qualified to teach children's yoga in 2016 and has been teaching ever since.

Do Talk Write are a part time, alternative provision in Nottinghamshire providing bespoke education to young people who are unable to attend mainstream schooling. Our approach is tailored to each individual child based on their needs and we provide differentiated sessions matched entirely to each child’s needs. We use a mindfulness approach incorporated into sessions and often use art and creativity to allow pupils to access the wider curriculum. Our provision is flexible in the subject teachers and experience we provide, and we can work 1:1 in the home, in school or a variety of other appropriate venues.

This is no ordinary hypnobirthing class, it’s about your mindset and your partners mindset. We focus our teaching on how your thoughts, and your partners thoughts and actions, can affect your body during pregnancy and labour. By including practical hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the psychology of birth we teach you as a couple what you need to know if you want to feel really prepared for your baby’s birth.

We started our life as Mitchell Walk Playgroup. In June 2014 we became Holding Hands Pre-School and moved into our current setting. We gained our third consecutive outstanding OfSted rating in March 2018. We pride on ourselves in welcoming all children and families no matter what their ability, background and beliefs. We accept referrals from agencies such as Brokerage, Carers Bucks and Family Centres as well as applications directly from parents. We deliver a holistic educational and multi-sensory experience day by day by not only embracing our outside areas but also by delivering specifically designed small group and interventional activities encouraging emotional well being, speech and language and closing peer development gaps through early identification. We give our children every opportunity to discover their world. We encourage them to explore their environment in a safe supported way. We empower our children to be confident and challenge them to achieve their full potential offering thought provoking and physically enabling activities whilst embracing the beauty of our local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Life is meant to be beautiful and the way we view it is everything. Our ethos is to help each other, praise each other, to empower children to believe in themselves and their abilities. We will develop strong, resilient and caring children with real confidence and real self-esteem. We encourage our children to manage their own emotions through mindfulness.
