Just another WordPress siteHi I’m Beck and I am an accredited mindfulness coach
and practitioner offering mindfulness and self-compassion focussed practices to
all ages. As an experienced secondary school teacher and former pastoral Head of
year, I have a passion for teaching, sharing and supporting the wellbeing of
children and adults alike. Mindfulness is an established part of my daily
routine. As a mum of two boys, it has certainly helped on a personal level,
learning to live in the present moment and helping my family through the
challenges of everyday life. The most important thing that we have learnt so
far, on our journey to mindfulness, is ‘what we practice grows stronger’.
