The LLDC teamed up with A New Direction who run the Hub and bring this initiative to life for both young people and employers.  Young people can take advantage of the paid opportunities we publicise, the support we give for freelancers and start-ups, and industry connections we help foster through mentoring and networking, as well as sector specific careers advice and coaching. At the Good Growth Hub, all internship opportunities pay at least the London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour – but we strive for higher.  For businesses, the Good Growth Hub is an excellent resource to establish good working standards and to become more inclusive. We aim to diversify the Creative Sector. We achieve this by identifying, supporting and promoting non-traditional artists and filmmakers who might not otherwise consider a career in the sector. FILM: Through work with such organisations as Aik Saath and SWIPE, our Slough based YES programme provides free workshops in filmmaking open to all 11-25 year olds. ART: With the support of our Arts Council England partners HOME, we run quarterly free Meetups for all aspiring or professional artists aged 18+ alongside our new Arts Forum for leaders across Berkshire. Our clients ranging from BAFTA, BFI, Creative England, BBC, and Channel 4 contract us to devise and deliver regional and national outreach for their own training, recruitment and commissioning programmes. 2.TALENT DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION Our goal is to develop the skills of a diverse talent pool and prepare each individual to progress on to successful paid employment in the creative industry. Through The Creative Collective, our talent development programme comprising a range of accredited and informal bespoke training workshops, as well as our one-to-one personalised Individual Progress Plan support, we ensure progress through networking, mentoring, accredited training as well as exclusive work placements, apprenticeships and connecting with funders. We have project funding from Arts Council England and work closely with NPO theatre company RIFCO. In film, our core partner (since 1999) is Pinewood Studios but we also regularly work with BFI, Screen Skills and Creative England . 3. CREATIVE & COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION From developing individual talent to supporting larger projects ranging from producing a first piece of art, to shooting your first drama, our focus is on producing projects that tell stories from new perspectives not currently seen in the mainstream media or art world. We co-develop, script, shoot and edit high-quality, emotive and engaging, cost-effective documentary, drama, animation and motion graphics and have a talent for connecting charitable and commercial clients. Through our ground breaking partnerships with companies like the BBC, Channel 4 and Disney, we continue to explore and build on new immersive content. We have developed new projects and ways of working through collaborations with global companies like SEGRO and innovative funders like The Rothschild Foundation.

For over 2 decades I’ve been supporting my clients in their health and wellbeing through various forms of massage and healing. I offer effective treatments in my clinic and stimulating education in the classroom. Leaving my past life as a graphic designer, I went back to college and studied Aromatherapy. Fast forward many years and experiences, I have gone on to train in Abdominal Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and On-Site Acupressure Chair Massage (Amma Massage). Constantly striving to improve my skills has lead me to various exotic places, from the Thai jungle, rainforests of Central America, throughout North America, and then the rolling hills in Surrey, UK. I first learned about Abdominal Therapy in 2004, after a chance meeting with Dr. Rosita Arvigo, whilst on holiday in Belize, Central America. This inspired me to seek Abdominal Therapy when I returned home to the UK. Driven by personal health issues, I received regular treatments which supported and reframed my attitude to my own pelvic health. Abdominal Therapy not only transformed my health, but also my outlook on life. Years later, and after working with hundreds of clients, I now teach Abdominal Therapy, running workshops at personal and professional level, both in person and online specialising in the art of gaining and maintaining abdominal health. I run Abdominal workshops for those who seek a deeper understanding and healing from digestive or pelvic issues, and train professional therapists in the art of Abdominal Therapy within The Abdominal Therapy Collective. I was a graphic designer for 15 years, immersed in the discipline of explaining concepts, products and events in a way that was easy to understand and visually striking, I bring these qualities to my teaching, always seeking simple and effective ways to explain healing concepts and methods to my students. I have created a beautiful haven for healing and learning in my home in leafy Twickenham, South West London, UK. Offering treatments at the top of my home in my cocoon-like therapy room, and a fun and engaging workshop space at the bottom, in my kitchen and garden studio. My passion for pelvic health education draws me near and far, for those seeking personal healing or professional growth alike.
