This can be a long-term process and assuming that a single transaction will always be the ‘make or break’ moment is a dangerously simplistic way of thinking about how you acquire customers. Eureka! have developed a suite of ‘in the moment’ techniques that work across the categories we are passionate about – home improvements, food and drink, construction – to name but a few. We are particularly interested in pulling together research studies that weave online and offline activity together. This could be understanding how homeowners use digital sources of inspiration to then plan their physical DIY projects. We can also use software which allows us to track consumer location, use geo-fencing to highlight where stores or advertising are, and deploy on-the-go video capture. If you give us a customer challenge, we are pretty sure we can come up with a suitable solution!

Mission Gallery is one of the most inspiring spaces in Wales for the contemporary arts. A unique, architecturally beautiful space, the building is a rich resource for the local and wider community providing artists at all levels and experience, opportunities to display and make work while developing our audiences enjoyment, understanding and knowledge of art. Founded by artists in 1977 as ‘Swansea Arts Workshop Gallery’, Mission Gallery has since developed a national and international reputation for presenting dynamic and distinctive programming. Boasting a proud forty year history of delivery and a strong reputation for supporting and nurturing artists, Mission Gallery has taken artistic risks; showing ambitious, diverse work by established and emerging artists across all disciplines, from Wales and beyond. Mission Gallery has a thriving Learning and Participation Programme aimed at all ages and abilities, building strong and meaningful cultural partnerships within artistic and education institutions. Mission Gallery is proud of the important collaborations, projects and exchanges developed with cultural organisations in New York and Venice, building our international work through programming, partnerships and residencies . Housed in a Grade II listed building in Swansea’s Maritime Quarter, Mission Gallery began its existence as a voluntary artist run body, evolving into a professional organisation funded by Arts Council of Wales in 2003. Governed by a voluntary board of directors, the management, programming and running is maintained by a small and dedicated team of staff and volunteers. Mission Gallery has a long track record of successfully forging meaningful and sustainable partnerships across the city, in particular with Swansea College of Art who are key partners.

Exhibitions... The Art of Grieving exhibitions enable artists working in any medium to share work related to this issue. This coming together of artist and audience generates new and important human connections around a shared desire to explore the subject of grief and loss. Workshops... The Art of Grieving workshops offer the opportunity to come to a supportive environment to learn new art techniques and create a piece of work either in memory of a loved one, or in contemplation of a loss. The first workshops were held in September/October 2018 and proved to be a great success. Sadly, Covid-19 prevented the workshops planned for Autumn 2020 from going ahead. Shared creativity... The sharing of artwork with an audience can be a valuable part of the bereavement process and encourages communication with those impacted by their work. However, the Art of Grieving is not just for artists. The aim of our exhibitions and workshops is to spark conversation and encourage openness; we hope those who attend will reflect on the creative works and be empowered to speak to others about their thoughts and experiences.

Baby Classes & Toddler Classes in Southport and Preston Moo Music is a multi-sensory music class for babies, toddlers and their carers. Classes are held in Ainsdale and Jollies Barn under two age groups: Baby Moo, for little ones from 6 weeks to pre-walking (littler ones are welcome). Mixed Moo, for little ones from birth to 4 years Each week is themed and uses a mixture of our 127 original Moo Music Songs to teach little ones about the world around them. 💜 All the activities relate to the theme and children will learn without even realising. Maybe even grown ups too. 🎵 Each session is carefully planned to include activities that will help children to reach their developmental milestones. But we don’t tell them that! 💜 We sing, we sign, we dance, we dress up, we pretend, we play instruments, we make mess, we craft and sometimes we even give you things to take home to do. 🎵 We encourage you to share what you have learned with everyone around you. Moo Music’s interactive sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way. Keith is a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), who believes in delivering driver training specific to your learning style and particular needs. He has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and previously worked in the NHS. He has vast experience of working with people experiencing anxiety and road traffic trauma and has developed specific techniques to help people build confidence and manage those driving test nerves on the lead up to that all important "test". He is patient and understanding and will work in partnership with you to reach your true potential as a driver. Learning to drive can be a stressful experience and Keith has specific skills, using techniques to help to help you manage this stress. He has also developed techniques to enhance learning. The first, using acoustic encoding to help you remember aspects of driving and secondly using using video to aid semantic memory, which helps you understand and give meaning to the skill you are developing. He has excellent communication skills and teaches you in a way that helps you to reflect on the skills you are learning and develop these skills progressively each lesson. Keith believes in offering value for money and you will know exactly what you are are focussing on each lesson and when you are ready for your test you will feel fully prepared. He even has an approach to cope with those test centre nerves! When Keith is not out in the car he enjoys trail and hill walking.

Creating your own Eco-friendly mourning rituals in the age of COVID-19 can help with the grieving process and acknowledge an important rite of passage.Whether it’s a traditional tale filled with ancestral wisdom, or a modern offering created to address our busy world, you are NEVER too old to be soothed and entranced by a story.Maybe you’ve tried to ‘fix’ yourself, figuring that if you can just change THIS thing, or THAT thing, then you will fit in, become a success, feel more complete… I’m here to tell you that you don’t need fixed. You are NOT broken. The world we live in is not designed for whole body-heart-mind-and-soul living. The culture we live in is broken. When you realise this, and start to unlearn the structures set out by society – structures that are designed to benefit a select few, but to keep the rest of us small and struggling – then, you start to thrive. My 1-2-1 coaching provides a space for this unlearning to begin – and the best bit is, you already hold all the answers inside you. As a traditional storyteller, I collect tales I’ve heard, read and researched, and deliver them from memory – allowing each telling to be adapted for the audience, to suit their needs. Stories are an old medicine that can carry a wisdom we all need – whether we are 5 years old, or 95 years old.

Jon Kabat Zinn, one of the top mindfulness leaders and unarguably the father of the art defines it as, “Paying attention; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.” Mindfulness is an art that enables a human to be fully present in the current moment and be aware of where he/she is and what they are doing without getting overwhelmed or being too reactive to the surroundings. Simply put, it is the art of being in the moment, in the here and now. The key idea of mindfulness is to be completely attentive to the present and focus on the specific ongoing things. If you are thinking about how it applies to our lives, let’s take an example. We all have driven the car somewhere and arrived at a specific destination without any memory of the entire journey. Such an act is the opposite of mindfulness where we slip into the so-called ‘autopilot’ mode. According to research, 47% of average individuals slip into this autopilot mode all the time. This is why we must mind our present time instead of being in a dreamlike state. In a way, being mindful is taking control of the steering wheel and be aware of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and the surroundings all the time. Most importantly, mindfulness is an awakened state of mind that is non-judgmental and impartial towards everything you sense and feel.
