I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2021, studying Seasonal Yoga, a style of yoga
designed to align with the changing energies of nature, improving physical
strength and flexibility, restoring balance and harmony, while reducing stress
and giving an improved sense of well-being. My yoga classes include a range of
techniques including physical movement and postures (Asana), breathwork,
meditation, and energy work. I love the way that yoga makes me feel, and I'm
excited to share my knowledge and guide you on your yoga journey. I offer
in-person group classes, online classes, 1-1s, corporate and workshops. Please
