In 2004, London’s largest NHS primary care provider was born – AT Medics. Over
the past 14 years, we have continually developed education, quality improvement
and change management programmes to support the growing needs and successes of
AT Medics. In response to the growing demands, evolution and workforce
challenges of commissioners, GP Federations, GP surgeries and international
primary care systems, AT Learning offers these accredited programmes and
services across the UK and globally. Our expert team consists of senior GPs,
allied health professionals, senior NHS operational managers, organisation
development specialists and digital transformation experts, contributing to the
development of our bespoke learning programmes that we deliver through a range
of face-to-face, online and blended modes of learning. AT Learning is an NHS
England partner in delivering national training programmes and has delivered to
services with a combined patient population of 3.5 million across over 1,200 GP
surgeries, in addition to our London Deanery accredited Post and Undergraduate
medical training to 100s of Doctors annually. Uniquely, our portfolio of
programmes have been developed within primary care, and are therefore proven to
help develop a resilient, up-skilled and multi-professional workforce, helping
to sustain the NHS and primary care systems development internationally.
