Eniko: In my vinyasa flow classes I encourage my students to find enjoyment in their practice and approach their movement, breath, and states of mind with curiosity. The emphasis is always on how we move over what our bodies can do, while making space for creativity and self-exploration. You will have fun and feel energised but with a feeling of buoyancy and lightness in your body and mind. I like to give you a challenge but you will always be given space to take what you need from the practice. I found my passion for yoga when I moved to Edinburgh for my MA Honours in Sociology and Statistics.
