welcome to chang Muay Thai Burscough I have been thai boxing now for 15 years. I noticed a kickboxing class taking place in a gym is as training in and decided to get involved. From that moment I never looked back. After competing in K1 style I decided to go and travel Thailand and Australia, where I truly found my love for the sport. I trained in a gym in Phuket before moving on to Australia where I trained in Melbourne for 3 months.
At Gracie Barra Horwich we are fortunate to have some of the best Brazilian jiu jitsu instructors in the north-west of England, all of our coaches have deep competitive experience and between them are regulars on the local, national and international competition circuit. This experience enables them to offer all their knowledge to their students even if they only want to train as a hobby.
