Deeper Being was founded in 2011 by Rachael Cheang as a meditation group for all levels, beginner to advanced. In 2014 it expanded to include Traditional Tai Chi Chuan and Holistic Therapies
Aikido is a practical and effective defensive martial art working by using the attackers force back against them. It is a subtle art as the idea is to blend with an attack and re-direct it, rather than brute force blocking and counter striking.
