Box Cardio, located at Longacre Close, Holbrook Industrial Estate, was the brainchild of Jamie Chapman, a certified instructor in boxing for fitness through the Hatton Academy. Fitness has been a massive part of Jamie’s lifestyle for many years. From a young age, Jamie Chapman learned his black belt in Shotokan and found his passion later with boxing.
