Most of our classes are mix of children (aged 6 and up), adults and families. With the exception of the Advanced class on a Wednesday night, all of our classes are designed and planned to suit all ability levels including beginners.

Hapkido is a hybrid Korean martial art which employs grappling,joint locks,throwing techneques,kicks,punches and other striking attacks Hapkido is a martial art, not a sport. The aim in Hapkido is mastery of yourself, not others.
Glasgow Karate-do Shoto Association was formed in 1992 and is independent of any other martial arts organisation. This allows Members to train in any discipline without interference, in fact we encourage our Members to seek out other forms of martial arts to integrate into our training.
